We had a great experience at Jake’s Ice Cream! The young staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and polite, which made the visit even more enjoyable. You really can’t go wrong with homemade ice cream. Everything was delicious. It’s a fantastic spot in Siesta Key when you’re craving a sweet treat. Highly recommend!

Best ice cream I’ve ever had. But it does close at 9pm everyday except Friday and Saturday they close at 9:30pm! It says their open on their website and online til 9:30pm everyday. Which isn’t true. But other than that it was the best ice cream I’ve ever had and they had amazing flavors! I would def go again the next time I’m down in that area!

Jake’s ice cream was the greatest discovery on our trip to Siesta Key! As a pregnant woman who has not stopped craving ice cream, we had to come back every day with how delicious it was. The circus animal and biscoff flavors were out of this world, but everything I tried was 10/10. The customer service was so wonderful and friendly. Can’t wait for our next trip so that we can make our way through the menu!

We went here today after reading the reviews and it didn’t disappoint. The ice cream was quite honestly some of the best even in comparison to home in Ontario, Canada. Jake was there explaining all the flavours and gave us quite a few samples to ensure we got what we loved. He was so very friendly and kind and gave some good tourist recommendations too. It’s a must if you’re in Siesta Key!

Jake’s was one of the best ice creams I’ve ever had and this is coming from a fellow ice cream shop owner.
The customer service from the young man was very friendly and easygoing. He was very patient with our family as we tried samples.
I even purchased a t-shirt that helped victims of trafficking (black on black design).
Keep up the great work Jake ( the pecan flavor was my personal fav and the vanilla was exceptional.)

Probably the best strawberry ice cream we have ever tried. We also enjoyed the Kahlua krunch and salty turtle. We were greeted with a smile and offered plenty of time to sample as many flavors as we wanted.
