This place is the most horrible place I’ve been to. Service was bad and so was the way our food was served to us. My steak was tough to cut and very chewy. My friend got coffee served to him with no condiments for his coffee nor a spoon. He sat there waiting for our waiter to come back but never did he went without a spoon for about 10 minutes. I would not recommend this place.

Over 3 hours. Terrible service. Abandoned by waitress. Waited for over 30 minutes to pay for our meal at the bar after 3 hours. Food was brought to the table cold. Under cooked chislic. Cold hot plates. Didn’t have condiments at the table. Food was brought out at different times. Some of the staff seemed decent but definitely not ours. Overall chaotic and under staffed service. Food was dropped at the table and we were never checked on.

I’ve enjoyed my meals and drinks here. Servers have been very nice, but don’t stop by the tables frequently enough. Seems like they may have too few servers at a time. Never have to wait for a table.

Stopped in for lunch! Food was awesome. The hubby loved the garlic parmasan wings. I had a burger but can’t remember which one. Idon’t eat bread so i took the bun off. The thousand island dressing was really good. I am guessing they make it. Service was great.

An Absolute Insult to Steak. McDonald’s is Fine Dining Compared to This.
Having traveled across the United States on seven different trips, I’ve eaten at dozens of steakhouses, from high-end establishments to casual diners. I can say without a single doubt that this was the most disappointing and genuinely terrible steak dinner I have ever been served in this country. To be honest, a meal at McDonald’s would feel like a luxury experience after this.
I ordered my steak cooked medium. What arrived at my table was a culinary disaster. It wasn’t just well-done; it was a dry, tough, gray piece of meat that resembled shoe leather. The flavor was even worse—it had the bland, processed taste of cheap canned meat in gelatin, like the kind you’d find in a forgotten corner of a pantry . There was no real beef flavor, no juice—just a tough, rubbery texture that was frankly an insult to the cut it was supposed to be. It was completely inedible.
As if the main course wasn’t bad enough, the side of fries was burnt to a crisp. Not golden brown, but black and bitter. It’s hard to understand how a kitchen can fail on two of the most basic items on a steakhouse menu.
This experience wasn’t just bad; it was the absolute worst I’ve ever had. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Save your money and your appetite, and go anywhere else.

Got sat down and got served by a cranky waitress. Had to confirm our order twice. The food came out quick but was disappointing.
Ordered the taco salad.
Tortilla was stale. Meat was poorly seasoned. Used an old tasting mixed salad for the lettuce. Poorly chopped. The tomatoes were under ripe.
Waitress never came back to check on us.
Country radio station playing in the background with commercials and all.
Overall the place looks dated and worn down. Kind of a shame for a Pierre staple.

Walked into the place and nobody was there. We sat down and a server came out after 5 mins or so. Nice lady and was pretty helpful with everything. Looked over the menu and was surprised how much the prices have gone up there, used to always go here when I lived in pierre.
All I got was a small kinda dried out patty melt and a pickle for $11.50. Doesn’t come with anything else. Was really disappointed in the food and prices, this place used to be really good. Left still hungry cause everything else on the menu is way overpriced also. I know it’s more of a bar but they used to be so much better and was very disappointed after not being there for a few years.
