1st time in this establishment and have been coming to myrtle beach for years. As soon as we walked in the customers greeted us as well as th bartender. Had so much fun we went back on Monday which was my wife’s birthday. The owner was working behind the bar and everyone wished my wife happy birthday. I could sit and talk military with Sargent for hours. Straight up badass. Can’t wait to return again. Thx for making out of towners feel welcome. Until we meet again.

The short, round red faced man is a rude little man. He is ignorant on how to treat people and how to run an establishment to attract business. I would recommend people visit Fork n Link or Acme for a great bar experience.

Great place to get a drink and good conversation. Prices are inexpensive, good service . your treated like family. They have open Mic night Wed. with live band. Anyone can get up and sing or play. Thursday are 3 dollar shots and Sundays they serve lunch at 1pm. Love it.

I never liked bars, I never went to them cuz I hated them. But when I found Jakes I was very impressed, I’ve been going there for a long time very regulary and it’s amazing. Very friendly and you feel like they are family. 10/10 recommend !
