I came here with my partner on Sunday. It was quick seating and great service by Gina. She was very friendly and helpful with menu item recommendations along with being very attentive to our table with refills. The Works burger she recommended was tasteful and the presentation of the burger looked amazing. We will return again soon this summer with the family.

Let’s start with the good… food was great and it came out in a timely fashion. Now for the rest of it…. We got to the restaurant minutes before noon. There was plenty of staff available so it appeared but we were seated near the bar and the bartender was our server. He did a phenomenal job managing our table and handling the bar until the lunch rush rolled in…. Definitely not his fault considering that he has a dedicated job…. The 4 hosts were also apparently servers. After the rush rolled in we were forgotten. We sat there 40 minutes after finishing our meals trying to grab the attention of the many servers passing by to get a check and to go box but to no avail. Finally 1 nice young lady helped us out….. I think service needs a major improvement…. Not only am I waiting to pay and go but you’re occupying a table 40 minutes during a lunch rush for no reason.

I have always liked Jake’s and was excited to try the one near my home in Frisco. First the order was 15 minutes later than promised. Second when I got home one burger was not there and the other was made wrong. I called they said they’d remake them, annoying but fine. No offer to make it right by offering to remake the whole order since now I’ll be eating cold frys when I get home with my burger but whatever. Well, I get there and wait more, I get the order and check that’s there’s infact two sandwiches and there are. Though apon arriving home I find my Burger is now correct but instead of my wife’s burger made correctly they put a plain chicken sandwich in the bag. I went out of my way to let them serve me by driving there twice and was repeatedly met with incompetence and appethetic employees. The only nice person I met was the bartender and only when I ordered a beer while waiting for the initial incorrect order. Dad’s jokes burgers is a block down go there instead this place is a mess and poorly managed. I doubt I’ll ever be back. Oh and they burned the bacon on the first order as well.

Excellent experience. We ate on the patio which was delightful. Food was delicious, highly recommend the Kicking Chicken in any form. Pretty sure it’s breaded in house and it was perfect. Lemonade and sweet tea were the best we had during our visit to Texas. They have great crushed ice too! Loved our server and we were full when we left! Great parking lot behind the building and no problem finding a spot on a random day… But I could see it being difficult during a game since it’s right across the street.

We came in around 4 and were greeted immediately. Karrington was AMAZING! She was very friendly, gave speedy service, and attention to detail was impressive when she notice our name on the card after paying and thank us by name for coming. Ohh and the food was all sooo delicious!!

• chocolate malts *not pictured
• triple play (corn nuggets, jalapeños, pretzels)
• breakfast burger
• classic burger with egg
• frito burger *not pictured (hubby ate it too quickly haha)
– the signature poppyseed bun & sweet potato fries w marshmallow on side are my personal favorites

After one of our soccer games today some of the players and parents decided to go eat. We picked the perfect place. 20 people. Our waitress, Gina was nothing short of fantastic…we got all of our order and it was all correct. Gina is a keeper! Food was great! Service fantastic! The manager helped out as well. Thank you for taking awesome care of all of us and our last minute decision.

I initially had a bad take-out experience. I was reached out to by Kendra, who connected me to Tonya, and then Tonya connected me with George. I gave them another shot, and they completely corrected my issue and restored my faith in their location! Gluten-free bun is always excellent with Jakes! The food was hot and fresh, and the manager (George) gave exceptional customer service. A company that can turn a bad review good and make that great communication happen is a beautiful thing to see at the end of 2024. Thanks to all three of you!

Stopped in before a football game which was right across the street with lots within walking distance.
Food and service were outstanding once we were seated. It was busy but seemed that busy for the wait before being sat. Service was excellent and food was flavorful and filling.
