They ruin my football Sunday. I ordered food for a pickup and when I got home the garlic knots and the chicken parm egg rolls were completely burnt and the Buffalo wings were overcooked. My girlfriend called the store backand talked to a manager and was told we get a call back that never happened. Between getting the terrible food that I had to throw away and management not seeming to care, I will most likely never order from this place again. I order food every Sunday for football and this place is right now the street from my house. I hope management can think of how much money they’re going to lose

We came here randomly and it was great! Food was very delicious and drinks were awesome! I got a pain killah and it was fantastic, for food we got the 3 tower and got to pick 3 things from the list. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly, another lady came and asked us how everything was and we asked what was popular in the area to visit and she was extremely nice and friendly. Would definitely come back if we’re visiting the area

Been coming here for a while and had an issue the previous night with our order. Came back the next day and the team gave me no issue whatsoever. Not only did they promise a free dish but and extra on top for my significant other. Food’s always good and service is as well.

Yet to be disappointed. I’m really enjoying the monthly specials and the salmon, cooked perfectly my last 2 visits. Plus if you are a fan of chicken wings, the campfire wings are delicious.

I am pleased to say this place is a very well managed establishment and I have no complaints whatsoever. I really love the food, service, and overall ambience. Jake and Joe’s is a great place to go! Staff are very friendly and welcoming especially when I bring my furry little bud i know Sam (our waitress), who isn’t scared of dogs will go above and beyond and ensure the meal and service for my family is Top Tier! Everything seem to be ok. Our waitress was friendly. Place wasn’t very busy. And our food came pretty quick. About 10 mins into our meal we see a MOUSE Run across the dining room. I questioned myself and other with me. Did ya’ll just see what I think I saw??? About 1 minute later another mouse followed by a third run by the tables against the wall and over to the bar area. Like WTH!!! So that was it for us. I just couldn’t take a bite of my food. These MICE are pretty comfortable roaming the restaurant if they are coming out and running around while there are people there. I wish I saw the post about the mice beforehand. It seems to be an ongoing problem there that still hasn’t been fix.

I have been to Jake n JOES and have had take out from them. Their good is great. I would highly recommend their pretzel sticks if you want a good appetizer. Their pizza feels a little flat but the rest of their food is great.
