We are a small, locally-owned café with a big love for good coffee, good food, and good company. When we source our coffee beans, we rotate between local roasters to offer an ever-changing menu of unique, hand-crafted espresso drinks. We think high-quality coffee should be as easy to understand as it is to enjoy — we aim to be a source of education about the roasting and brewing process, and all the different ways you can make a cup of coffee. We also offer counter service breakfast and lunch fare that is simple and health-minded and smoothie bowls topped with granola and fresh fruit, and real ingredients smoothies.

I consider myself a difficult customer, but Lina greeted me with a knowing smile and proceed to sweep me off my persnickety feet. Lina has opinions! I love that. I couldn’t decide what drink I wanted because one didn’t sound perfect, so she just created something for me: a cardamom and white pepper latte . I had the Turkish eggs, which were incredible and generous, and they come served over a dill yogurt. My companion had a bruschetta sandwich with tomato, arugula, and prosciutto; also delightful.
What an unexpected treat on a Friday morning. Thank you, Jaiiya!
The menu is full of interesting and flavorful dishes, like the Turkish eggs. They have the perfect amount of spice and it’s just a more unique dish compared to most standard cafe breakfasts. They have smoothies, sandwiches and toasts too. I always want to try something new, but I love the eggs!
Their coffees have tons of options for add-ins and they have a variety of options, like my lavender cream cold brew.
Overall the price point is great and I consider this a value, especially with the quality of food (for two poached Turkish eggs it’s only $9). If you’re in the area I highly recommend trying this place out, it doesn’t disappoint!
I ordered the Turkish eggs ($8.50) was Greek yogurt with dill, olive oil, garlic, topped with Aleppo pepper butter and 2 poached eggs, crispy toast.
Initially a little surprised to see that warm poached eggs on cold yogurt (was thinking it would be more along the lines of mansaf aged yogurt sauce) but it was still yummy. I ate it fast before my eggs got cold 😉
My friend ordered a Beet Hummus Avocado Toast ($7.50) – it was good but they did not have the pickled onions so it was missing the sour taste that would have completed it. But all in all it looked good, healthy and small enough not to fall into a food coma.
Jaaiya makes a really good cardamom latte – it’s just perfect.
