I’m always looking for a good deal, but when you are basically paying $10 for a meal elsewhere, might as well spend it on quality right here! The burgers are mouth watering, as I write this I’m wanting to go get more. I like the one with the fried egg!!!
10 out of 10, did not disappoint for my first visit I will be coming back.
I checked in for curbside pickup and sat there for 20 minutes with zero communication. No one came out. No update. Nothing. I finally went inside, and my food was just sitting there the entire time getting cold.
They remade it and apologized, but honestly, that felt like the bare minimum. I lost time, had to go inside after choosing curbside for convenience, and ended up eating later than planned. An apology alone didn’t make up for that. At the very least, a small gesture — even a free dessert — would have shown they understood the inconvenience.
Curbside pickup shouldn’t require the customer to go track down their own order. This was frustrating and not the level of service I expected.
After placing our order, the food was brought to our table in a timely manner, and the staff was attentive enough to come by and clear our trash. While the restaurant was not particularly busy upon our arrival, it quickly filled up, attesting to its popularity.
I ordered a grilled chicken patty with a fruit cup, and I must say it was deliciously satisfying. However, the side salad with chicken tenders could have been better. The portion was somewhat dry, and the dressing was lacking, but the chicken tenders were a real treat.
We also ordered a bacon cheeseburger, which was cooked to perfection, and the bacon was impeccably crisp. It was truly impressive. We also opted for 10 chicken tenders, which were moist and lightly breaded with a subtle kick of spices. It was delightful.
Overall, I had a delightful dining experience at Jaggers, and I would certainly visit again. The food was delicious, the staff was welcoming, and the atmosphere was serene and clean. Thank you, Jaggers, for an enjoyable dining experience.
Then comes the total of just under $16.
The burger is $8.29 alone. I then asked why the drink and fries added almost $8. I was then told that I was charged for the Swiss cheese and mushrooms. I initially thought it was like 5 Guys and fixings were free. I understand why they would have to charge, but I’ve should’ve been told that in the beginning.
The main complaint I have is what’s pictured, doesn’t look like an almost $16 meal. The other issue was how the sandwich completely fell apart after two bites.
I understand how costs have gone up lately, but “C’Mon Man!” Have the meal at least look like an almost $16 meal!
