Friendly employees, fast service and the best burgers and chicken sandwiches. We never heard of this place so we stopped by on our way home from indy. We highly recommend. Thick sandwiches were very flavorful and not dry. Fries were very good as well. Avocado burger, BBQ burger and chicken sandwich. We will be back.

We ordered 2 cheeseburgers, a berry good salad, chicken tenders, and an order of fries. The burger is one of the best fast food burgers you can get from a place with a drive through. The jagger’s sauce tastes like a mildly sweet BBQ sauce and was a nice addition to the burger or for dipping chicken tenders.
I forgot to order a drink and the manger came around and asked if I wanted a water when he saw me without a drink.
The inside was very clean and looks like the restaurant is relatively new.

Really enjoyed stopping here tonight. Service was fantastic. I had a bus load of the and the food was fast and fresh. Great job. The chicken sandwich had great flavor the fires and tots were also well seasoned. No complaints from anyone in my group. Keep up the good work. I’ll be back!

consistently good food. chicken is great and the cobb salad is amazing. love their avocado and eggs in the salad, remind me of the chicken fried chicken salad at o’charley’s back in the day. only complaint is the salads are a little bit small.But the kid’s meals are healthy and a great deal in the service is always great

Jagger’s is the Bomb. We love their burgers. And fries. Their fries are seasoned, very flavorful. I have been going there for about a year and a half.
I have been hooked on their Green Chili Cheeseburger. That’s all I have ever eaten there. But they just came out with a new burger. The Double Bourbon Bacon Crunch Burger. OMG!
That thing is out of the world. Honestly,

We were at North Central High School for a band competition and ended up eating at Jaggers for lunch.
I’m so glad we did. I got the Cheeseburger with no onions with fries and a Barq’s. The special sauce is really good. The burger patties looked like they started frozen but the burger was pretty tasty anyhow. The fries tho, those fries tho! They are . Super crispy shoestrings that are still kind of greasy inside. I loved them! They didn’t even need ketchup. I liked the fact that the manager made his rounds checking on everyone. It was like having all of the best parts of Texas Roadhouse without the super long wait. I highly recommend.

I had a great and fast experience at Jaggers. I was welcomed by 2 young men, Brady and Ed who helped me explore the menu hence being my first time. I didn’t know what to expect going into a new fast food restaurant but it was very surprised with how fast the food came out and how fresh it was. I will for sure be coming back in the near future.

I have been to this location 3 times since my first visit in November. My first 3 experiences were amazing. This last visit has disappointed me severely. As I did not recive the same quality of product and service that I had recived on my previous visits. A few days ago I ordered the crispy spicy chicken sandwich. My chicken was cold it wasn’t even a bit warm. I did not complain because while I was waiting on my food I was point blank lied to by the young lady who took my order. I sat down and watched the young man behind the counter take the first half of my order from under the heat lamp and place it on a try on the counter. It sat there on the tray for a few minutes as they were waiting on our chicken tenders. I watched the cook place our chicken tenders in the window. All while the young man who had prematurely placed our order on the the counter away from the heat lamp carried on a conversation with his coworker. Now I had to watch as our chicken tenders sat in the window and our sandwiches on the counter for another 2 minutes. The young lady who took our order approached me as now I had shown my panic and asked me what was wrong. I asked her if that was my food. She then said yes that they were waiting on my chicken tenders. I explained aren’t those my chicken tenders in the window. She said oh yes there they are they just came up. I said no they have been there a while. She said oh because she needs to get the sauce. The sauce was right in front of the lady. So when I bit into my sandwich and it was cold I decided that it was probably going to be more trouble then it was worth to let them know it was cold. They probably would have tried to gaslight me again. The worst part is I begged my family to check out this spacific location out for weeks. They finally visited yesterday. They said they had a terrible experience also including cold food. They mentioned that they will no longer be fallowing anymore of my restaurant suggestions. That it was a waist of their time and money. I truly thought I was recommending a great place but opinions change.

Fast casual place that’s a nice middle ground between fast food and a sit-down burger place. Food has the quality of a higher priced burger restaurant without breaking the bank. I was pleasantly surprised to see sandwiches between $5-8, which is sadly rare nowadays.
