Had a great first experience here. The atmosphere was clean, the employees were very welcoming and nice, and most of all the food was downright delicious. Burgers are juicier than your average gallon. Fries are small and thin just how I like them. Same owner as Texas Roadhouse, anticipate some up heat country on the overhead. TVs playing sports and cartoons to yield to all ages. Bathrooms were clean.

I have been to this location twice. The staff here is overly nice. They acknowledge customers arriving and leaving which is rarely experienced anywhere else. I ordered the cheeseburger today. I asked for the “spicy dust” to be added. This adds another dimension to an already great burger. My favorite is still the spicy chicken sandwich. Don’t forget ranch for dipping fries…it’s the best ranch around.

Great experience, very convenient, fast, extremely kind and friendly staff. This store definitely cares about food and how it tastes. If I could give them a 6th star I would because of the speed. My food was perfect, fries perfectly crispy and my chicken sandwich was excellent. I’m very picky about my Chicken bacon sandwiches and you nailed it. Enjoy the chicken tenders with the country gravy and I dig the thin fries that are seasoned. Burgers are pretty decent as well, their chocolate chip cookies are awesome. One of my favorite places to grab an inexpensive lunch.

Large portioned meals. We got a mushroom Swiss Burger and BBQ cheddar burger. Both were very good. Very tasty seasonings, the patties were cooked juicy with a slight crisped edge. Shoestring frieds and tots were also very good. Only thing I didn’t care for was the fact the mushrooms were clearly from a can (still dripping wet), not fresh. But they tasted fine. Overall a very good meal for the price. Definitely worth going back. 4.6 out of 5

I wanted to leave a review regarding my experience yesterday. I had Jaggers a few days ago with my friend. I had got the spicy chicken sandwich combo with a salad instead of fries. It was delicious, so I went back yesterday. I went through the drive through & ordered the same thing, but got fries (I never had them & wanted to try them) & a salad. The person who took my order rang me up for a regular chicken sandwich combo & salad, but didn’t ring up my fries. We added it at the window. They had us pull up & brought our food out to us. When I received my food, my fries were spilled in my bag & they weren’t hot. I went inside to request a refund for the fries, but I was okay with the sandwich & salad. I spoke with a man (I’m assuming is this manager). I explained the situation to him, gave him the fries, & he issued me a refund with no hesitation. I expected to leave, but he told me that he would make me some more fries due to the inconvenience & that he wanted me to be satisfied. I reiterated that he didn’t have to since he refunded me my money, but he insisted he remade them. I will say, everything was absolutely DELICIOUS. The customer service was great. I wanted to leave this review because I truly feel that customer service is so important. I didn’t get the manager’s name, but he was amazing. The food here is amazing & the service is superb. I will be back & definitely suggest this place for anybody that wants a flavorful chicken sandwich. The salad is fresh, & the fries were crispy & well seasoned.

I ordered the very berry grilled chicken salad with berry vinaigrette dressing. The size of the salad was huge, the ingredients were super fresh, the chicken was so tender and flavorful. I was also impressed with the dressing itself. I didn’t have very high hopes for it but it was surprisingly delicious! Every time I’ve eaten here it’s been great. I love the coupon mailers they send out, too! I’ll definitely be back soon!

This place just recently open and is affiliated with the parent company, Texas Roadhouse! They seem to have a great range of variety of food in their menu as well as shakes. I definitely enjoyed the avocado bacon burger with a delicious bun and the fries. The place looks clean and have a very decent service. I definitely recommend getting the strawberry lemonade. I also gotten a banana split shake but it was not the best, it was too much chocolate than vanilla so I didn’t enjoy that. But overall great place to dine in with friends.
