Corey and Jose were phenomenal!! From the moment we walked in. They were both professional helpful, extremely quick on getting our order together and even made sure that we had plenty of salt and pepper and asked if we needed a refills as well. I highly recommend the chicken egg and cheese sandwich. The fries are phenomenal as well as their Ghirardelli shake.
The restrooms were clean,they smelled fresh and all the tables in the dining room were cleaned too.
They have plenty of outdoor seating once the weather gets nicer.

Small footprint but great Chicken, fries, tots, milkshakes. Service was very fast. Long line didn’t feel long. Kept people moving and food was brought out quickly. Well done. A little disappointed I did t get a bus driver meal (a different location gave me one before) but that doesn’t change the fact they did a great job.

A newer version of Jaggers here. Less TVs, 2 drive thru lanes and a much smaller dining area than the older Southside location. We were there during the Lunch hour and had trouble finding a place to sit down! Same good food on the limited menu though.

Food was delicious, love the shakes and great customer service! **UPDATE 6/19/23** Noticing food quality going down since first opened. Food yesterday wasn’t fresh brought four meals all agreed that food wasn’t fresh. Even the cheese sauce was watered down. Always check your bag if you’re planning to eat at home. They haven’t been putting everything in the meals. My son kids meal was missing his cookies, no ranch for his chicken tenders and daughters meal was missing fries. So that was very disappointing.

Wife and I ordered the same burgers (Mushroom Swiss and Bacon cheese) each of the first two times we went to Jaggers. The first visit the burgers were excellent, the second time they were extremely bland and unseasoned. Kind of wrote the place off after that second experience.
However, several months later a few people I know mentioned how good their chicken tenders were. I decided to give it another shot based on that alone.
Hands down the best chicken tenders around. Way better than any of the fast food restaurants in Avon that are entirely dedicated to chicken.

Not a whole lot of seating and never a table for a party of 5 or more.. the only reason they don’t get 5-stars all around. Come here fairly often during lunch with quite a few coworkers. But some of the best burgers and chicken strips around… Jagger Sauce is the real deal!!! And the shoestring fries are AMAZING!!!

Good fast food but the spicy chicken could use a bit more spicy! The seating is limited so we also ended up seated next to a door which meant we were always cold. But the staff was friendly and the food came out quickly
