The young men at the cash register were very generous and gave me extra extra extra pickles on my Crispy Chicken Sandwich! Most places like Chick Fil A never give me extra extra extra pickles on my sandwiches. I will gladly be coming back to this location whenever I’m hungry because I really like pickles. The chicken sandwich was also 10x better than Chick Fil A.

Fast, Hot food. Customer service was excellent. I was very impressed at the cleanliness, and promptness to which they brought our food out to us. We were heading to a concert and didn’t have a lot of time, and the location of this restaurant fit right in with our time line to get to eat and make it to the concert in a timely fashion. I had the Mushroom & Swiss burger with fries, the burger was a bit messy, but delicious. We live an hour away and I can tell you I’ll be back, even if I’m not on my way to a concert. Also, on the menu was a good variety of other items I will need to try, the next time, one being their shakes. Go visit Jaggers, I bet you’ll love eating there too!

leaving a newer review. man, I love Jagger’s food, but they can never seem to get all my food I order out. always forget 2 or 3 things. It’s an endless cycle of me calling to tell them they forgot something and then then giving me another voucher in me using that to order again and then them forgetting again. today the forgotten items weren’t as major, but my brother was still sad he didn’t get his cookie and we also didn’t get any utensils.

This is honestly my favorite fast food choice. Spicy chicken sandwich, grilled chicken salad with their delicious ranch, strawberry lemonade, and the Ghirardelli brownies are among my faves. The kids meals are also a good choice even for a grown up bc they can be very filling. Give them a try!

This location is closing EARLY. I wish I could tell you the manager on duty but instead he hung up on me multiple times because I was outside the door before 10pm, which I stated multiple times and asked for his name which he also refused to give me to continue his speech. Inside there were multiple employees laid back on the counters and on the phone, visible from the window and parking lot which I told him. 1/21 at 9:50pm to close , just look at the cameras Jaggers— if you really care about customers and let me know if you’d like to continue conversation.
Also said he checked the grill to see if they could make my 1 order at 10:00 and there was nothing left to make anything. Laughable.

Ordered 16 different sandwiches. Called and spoke to a guy that assured me he would have them all labeled. I had to pick thru everyones food to figure things out. Not how I wanted to spend my time and no one wanted me to have to do this. Missed an order of fingers but got a double cheese instead. They have missed the mark for me too many times so this is my dear john to them. Have also emailed the managing partner, Derek, 2 times in December with no response. Not a great look for them.

We ordered fries and chicken tenders for my child — and this will be our first and last order from here. Both items were hard as a rock and clearly not made fresh. It looks like they just packed old fries and tenders instead of cooking them fresh. Really disappointing. I’d like to know if the employees themselves would eat food in this condition.
