Run, don’t walk to Jaffar’s! I had a double Golden burger and it was expertly cooked! So many smash burgers don’t have the crust on the beef which is smash burger 101. Jaffar’s Golden burger had the crust. The Golden is based on the Oklahoma onion burger, the onions were steamed, caramelized and also crunchy depending on where they contacted the cooking surface.
The Golden burger has their “lovely” sauce on it and halal spices so it is a unique take on the OG OK onion burger. Definitely a 10/10 for execution and taste. Next time I go I’ll try the Silver burger and then the Lava.
I know George Motz is the burger scholar but Jaffar will make a believer out of you! Great job sir!
1/28 Update: I went back for the double silver burger and fries yesterday. The fries were excellent and a very generous portion too! The silver burger was executed to perfection again, nice lacey edges and plenty of melty cheese. The lettuce, tomato and onion were all incredibly fresh.

We love this place! The food is so delicious! Burgers and fries are easily 10 out of 10. The quality is consistent. The restaurant is very clean always. It has a nice vibe to eat-in. The owner and staff are extremely kind and welcoming. We often come with our toddler and everyone working there is so sweet to him. Honestly if you don’t try this spot, you’re missing out.

So delicious burgers! If you like smashed burgers, you might love this! The beef patty was very smashed and the bread was so fluffy and delicious! I loved the caramelized onion, perfect touch You can tell all ingredients are fresh! You have to try it with their french fries!

OMG, this out of this world, full.of flavor. Not your average smash burger. It’s loaded. I tried the lava version and bammm, the kick was just perfect flavor and heat wise. Amazing stuff…. The fries wwre so delicious, try both regular and loaded lava version, you’ll be coming back for sure

The best burgers on route 17. The service was so quick, food tasted so fresh, and staff was very kind. The golden burger single and double patty was very tasty and flavorful. If you want an amazing burger come here! The fries and sauce were also perfect. Will definitely be stopping here again when in jersey!!!

I visited Jaffar’s Burgers on 10/8/25 and it was definitely worth visiting especially I just happened in the area that day. I got to place and I believe Jaffar himself helped me suggest what to get. I
He suggests getting one of the Golden Cheeseburgers but I wanted something with a kick to it. So I got the Spicy Lava Burger Combo. The burger did a gave kick but it’s doable. Burger was cooked well but that spice was the main thing. The fries were cooked and tasted well. Not too much salt but not too little salt either. Definitely check this spot out and even any of the Juicy Platters locations for amazing Chicken and Rice. Jaffar’s businesses deserve to be tried out and appreciated.

Tried Jaffar’s Burger and honestly, it was Subhanallah ❤️. The patty had a nice caramelized crust, the bun was soft and buttery, and there was a subtle smoky flavor that brought everything together. It wasn’t overdone or greasy, just a solid, well-made burger that actually hits the spot. I’d definitely order it again.
