Jade North Andover has a nice ambiance and sits in a very upscale neighborhood, though the parking lot is small and shared with other businesses, which can be a hassle. The edamame was fresh and crispy, and the hot & sour soup was good. Lobster sauce was bland and the scorpion bowl not very strong. Overall, the food feels generic with nothing that really stands out, but prices are fair. An average spot—pleasant but not memorable.

I love this place. Their sushi is always amazing. Very fresh food, large portions. I order from here often. It’s always quiet inside. Drinks are great. Pickup orders are also great. Definitely try this place out.

I had an unpleasant experience at Jade restaurant. The staff treated other customers with respect and friendliness, but when it came to me, their attitude was dismissive. I was told to wait even though I arrived earlier, and they served others first. I hope the management ensures equal treatment and respect for every customer in the future.

This time we were in for a unique dining experience with the bento lunch box specials. At first, the new menu was confusing; we both thought we got only one side. Our bartender had to further explain the concept which was pleasantly surprising! In actuality, you get a choice of not one but four sides to boot!

I enjoyed my generous scorpion bowl drink while my husband downed a Tsing Tao.

To that end, we enjoyed our Bento box luncheon specials – from the hot and sour soup to the sushi, and lastly our entrees.

The space doesn’t feel finished. Carpet repairs are the same design but off a shade of color, a strange table in the dining room with folding chairs was out of place and an old buffet stand still in place although there is no longer a buffet. Food was reheated and cold in the middle. Dumplings were thick and cake like.

Ordered through uber eats on New Year’s Eve so this is not the best way to indulge in this food but I will say the pork fried rice was beyond bland, the steamed dumplings were tasty but over steamed and the beef terriyaki sticks were less than desirable.

I’ve had sushi from them before and found it to be good so I thought this would be good too. Maybe I’ll try them again on site but probably in a while.

Super bad customer service. We placed and order online for pickup and it said 15 minutes. We got there and waited another 40. We get home and realize they didn’t give us the lo mein and amazingly the food was dead cold. We then called and asked for a refund on the lo mein and guy names Rick told us that’s not possible. We then said ok can you please drop it at our house, nope wouldn’t do that either. He then hung up on us and then continued to send my cell to voicemail. Stole $14 dollars from us. Go to Karma instead, this place stinks like a rotting carcass. Oh and the food sucked.

Worst experience ever! The food tasted absolutely disgusting greasy, cold, and clearly not fresh. It felt like everything had been sitting out for hours. The rice was hard, the meat had a strange taste, and the sauces were watered down. When I politely mentioned it to the staff, they were incredibly rude and dismissive, acting like it was my fault for not liking the food. No apology, no effort to fix it just attitude. The place wasn’t clean either, and the overall atmosphere was unpleasant. Definitely not worth the money or the headache. Save your time and go somewhere else there are way better options around.
