STAY AWAY! IF YOU HAVE RESPECT TO YOUR SELF!
As you walk in, you will see an owner sitting behind one of greasy tables with full mouth of food and chewing. Next you will learn Chinese to order your dish. Next you go wash your hands and you see super dirty and stinky bathroom, after that you will see a cup of vegetables with uncooked chicken meat all in hot water that I assumed should be called “soup” as I ordered in house most expensive soup.
After that you sit at a super dirty table and chairs that never been wiped from its purchased new.
Then you look trough dirty window and think “why am I here?”
The dish comes with super low quality meat that cant be chewed or be swallowed, then low quality unfresh steamed vegetables on top of rice.
Paid $14.00 for bottle of sprite, soup, and dish and regret big that I did! I COULD OF WENT TO DESENT PLACE AND ATE QUALITY FOOD!

Gave me the worst food poisoning of my life I thought it was also over but the stomach bug stuck around and a couple weeks after I was nonstop vomiting all day long, sooo gross do not recommend I wish I listened to my friends they judged this place & I gave it a chance cuz I thought it would be better than fast food, NOPE. DONT GO HERE.

This place is disgusting….. the smell is horrible inside and the Sanitation grade is a 91…… I go in and order what I thought was going to be Hibatchi chicken and steak, no where on the menu on the board does it show or did I see that it’s a generic hibatchi chicken made however they want to throw it together ….. grilled tough as shoe leather steak and chicken with white rice???? And then mushrooms and brocolli thrown on top with some hard supposedly steamed carrots…. AND SHRIMP sauce….. never have I heard of a place that identifies themselves as a chinese restaurant but cooks wanna be hibatchi, fish and American food….. maybe stick to one thing and the food might be decent…… then the rude lady at counter would not offer to make it right or refund my money…….. will NOT EVER go back and dont recommend it to anyone who knows what good food tastes like…..$10.00 of my money in the trash……..

So I would give this jade kitchen about three point five stars , so I went ahead and round it 24 since they have a lot of bad reviews. Today november 2024 i spent over $75 we bought mixed vegetables, crab rangoon, chicken lomaine, (forgive my spelling) sesame chicken, white rice, chicken fried rice, fried chicken, fries, and egg rolls .. Everything was hot and fresh however the Egg rolls as posted before tasted like vomit, I immediately had to spit it out and I think we purchased 4 of those and all 4 went in the trash.I do not recommend that at all. However , despite all the bad reviews , the food was hot and delicious thr lady was very friendly but a little hard to uunderstand but not once was she rude , she was happy to help and we got it figured out . The atmosphere has a bad smell and box’s filled up but I would order again . The lomaine was the best I have ever tasted .. if you look i rate everything I have over 200 reviews Im not gonna lie about it and it’s definitely not #2 in Monroe but this place definitely deserves a chance ..

So I figured all the bad reviews were wrong & my mom & I tried them out.
All the bad reviews were right.
Anything you could imagine bad it was.
Tried to complain but the woman acted like she didn’t understand English. Just threw the plate away & left.
The food was very hot when we got it but when cooled enough to eat it had an old, nasty taste to it.
I’m not sure what was going on with the egg roll but one bite of it & I thought I was going to be physically ill.
Of course I need to go to the bathroom, which was a MESS & smelled horrendous .
Not a good experience at all.
Beware of this place.

If you’re reading some of the negative reviews, just realize half of them have people who can’t even spell some of the most simple of words – are you really going to form an opinion from someones review that can’t spell?
The reality is, people have trashed this place in the reviews and I believe it to be unfair – at least at this point in time. The staff were extremely polite, ordering was super easy, and our food came out very quickly.
We ordered the General Tso’s Chicken – the chicken tasted awesome, and the rice was great. The drinks we got, sweet tea, were also awesome.
We didn’t get sick afterwards, we didn’t see any kind of sanitation issues, and it was just nice to sit inside and relax to eat.
There was a fly here and there, but a lot of the reviews I think make this place out to be some kind of reality show from Kitchen Nightmares where everything is horrible from top to bottom.
Just go and try it, don’t let people who aren’t educated try to influence your chance to go here.

Be Yourself
This was my fav spot to eat ever since I was a child I stopped eating there don’t get me wrong the lady is very nice and polite and always offer me a lemonade cause I get it with every order but the last time I walked in the place stink and you could feel the filth. She needs to hire someone to clean the place maybe some upgrading especially in the kitchen it didnt look good back there floors dirty so the equipment probably not clean. I know they should have millions by now so why not invest back into your business

If I could rate this place at a negative ten (-10) I would. I had a sizeable order which included the worst hibachi steak imaginable. Old, tough unflavored bits of beef served with white?? rice and some broccoli and other veggies thrown on top. No sauce or anything. On top of this, the entire restaurant is dirty and everything feels sticky to the touch. Furthermore, I don’t know if they are trying to be a restaurant or a junk store because the owner has piled all kinds of items in there to sell. Absolutely pathetic and I don’t understand how they are still in business. The health department should keep this one on the radar. Simply horrible…

FOOD POISONING!!! Ate there last night & threw up an hour after I ate. Food had no flavor & the cashier was rude. I fed leftovers to my dog. Around midnight, she started throwing up & had diarrhea too. I would give this place a -5 but I can’t. HORRIBLE FOOD & Experience There! Worst Chinese food ever! Good place to go for a colon cleanse…
