Just tried for the first time and got a 24, general Tso’s chicken with spare ribs and fried rice. It was pretty good! Service was quick and easy.

Great for takeout, service is always fast, food is hot, servings are generous. The chicken fried rice is fantastic. Chicken fingers are huge, and actually have decent chicken in them, not the small little types that have a thinner, darker batter that tastes like burnt oil. Wings are always good size, too!

Jade II has become our go to Chinese take out place. Would have gave the food 5 stars but it seems the Lo mein has changed. For the egg foo young lovers, best around that I could fine.

Always been a huge fan of this chain but the Gardner location has some of the best cooks out of all the one’s I’ve been too. Highly recommend if your looking to get Chinese food and your in the area, and in a hurry in and out in usually 15min or less. On a busy night typically 30 minutes

Ok…. Let me tell you why Jade was so good.
I went there years ago when they first opened and it was am awful experience, I tried food there two more times before I decided that I would not eat there again. They had a fire and after the place reopened, I tried it just one more time, it wasn’t good. Then my usual Chinese food take out {Kenny’s) was closed and I had a hankering for Chinese food, so I tried it again and now I will not buy Chinese food from anywhere else! It was fresh, hot and absolutely delicious!

Totally messed up order. Got a whole lot of vegetables and steak. My son ordered a steak dish. I ordered seafood and some fried rice. Don’t eat steak. All we got was steak and in one dish, the steak was fatty and inedible. Everything was tasteless and mushy. Crab rangoons and chicken fingers were good. I shouldn’t be eating fried foods, but it was the only thing that had any taste. Even in these tough times, it seems hard that they’d mess up so badly.

Duck sauce and sweet and sour sauce were very runny, like it was cut with 50 % water to make it stretch or something. Generals chicken was spicy and quite yummy, as was the rice, pleasantly surprised to see crab rangoon had a garlic flavor to it. Other than that not bad, not sure i can talk wife into return trip tho

Use to like this place but they’ve gone consistently down hill. The shrimp in my noodles taste and smell spoiled as well as the cream cheese in the Rangoon’s. Very dissatisfied that I wasted 20 dollars for food I don’t even want to risk eating

If I could give no stars I would!!!! Worst place ever. Ordered party sized food and the foil pans were only half full but still charged us full prices for the food. When asked to make it a bit more full. The guy said no. They have given us enough. Awful customer service. The guy didn’t even know what prices to charge. He was just guessing. On top of it, the food was not all that. I have gone to far much better places !!!!

Why have I never ordered from here before? Best I’ve gotten from anywhere in the area! Fast and fresh , still super hot when it was delivered not to mention the portions were huge.
