We visited this restaurant on 12-27-25 for lunch. Three persons 1) sashimi and fresh spring rolls, 2) Vegetable Pad Thai, 3) Pepper Pot (typically spicy) and Hot and Sour Soup (I’ve ordered this many times). I requested no rice and asked for extra vegetables. The server said they could not accommodate. The Hot and Sour Soup was neither Hot nor Sour, just a bland broth. The Pepper Pot was bland and the server had them adjust it. The meal returned bland! I requested two take-out containers and the server did not offer to box the meal for us. The bill suggested 20% tip, I find this to be inappropriate! A tip is based on good service and accommodating patrons. I tipped 10%. The restaurant was quite cool and uncomfortable draft persisted.

Ate at Jade Grille in Mt. Lebanon tonight and it was honestly really good. Food came out hot and fresh, portions were solid, and everything tasted great. Service was quick and friendly and the place was clean. If you’re in the area and want a good dinner spot, I’d definitely recommend it. We’ll be back.

The food came out fast and tasted authentic and yummy. Loved how the dry-sautéed string beans had a crispy texture and the mapo tofu spice was just right. I would also recommend the shark roll, tangy spicy fish fillet, and the garlic pork belly. The ambience and service of the restaurant is nice as well.

We ordered takeout here for the first time and spent almost $100, but were really disappointed. The chicken and broccoli was extremely greasy and oily, the fried rice had almost no flavor, the egg rolls had a strange taste, and the green beans were mushy and also bad taste. We had high hopes based on the good reviews and higher price point, but unfortunately the food just wasn’t good.

I tried this place out today for the first time. My waitress Juanice was excellent, very attentive and pleasant. The dumplings and Rangoon’s were very good, as was the sesame chicken. The lo mein was some of the best I’ve yet eaten, with lots of beef and noodles made in house. One of the best Chinese restaurants I’ve been to and I will return.

The honey walnut shrimp is trash. No vegetables, barely any nuts and they’re burnt. They come drenched in a gross white sauce. Sesame inn honey walnut shrimp is so much better. They should just take it off the menu. Spent $60 just to throw it away. Also their dumplings are definitely not handmade. They used to have good food but everything has clearly gone downhill here.

Great choice for all things Asian! Lots to choose from on the menu. The food is very good. Sushi is fresh. The service was excellent. It has a nice quiet atmosphere as well. Definitely worth a stop. There’s a paid public parking garage within walking distance on the same street

A wide range of Asian cuisine options from American Chinese to super authentic. House made noodles, great bar and friendly staff. Our family has always had a great meal! A place I regularly recommend with confidence.

i went here a few weeks ago for my birthday dinner. i had made a reservation a few weeks prior for the vault room, and i told them how many, so they clearly knew there was going to be a bigger party of people. the service was literally awful. after we were sat down, our server took 20 minutes to come to our table. when the server came in, she didn’t ask us for drink orders or if we wanted any appetizers, she just asked for our entire order on the spot, which i knew would be difficult because there were 7 of us. after we ordered, we waited another 20 minutes for our drinks to be served, with the ice melted, and one of the drinks was never served. our food came out probably 35 minutes later, and we clearly saw the table across from us get two drink orders and their food before we got our drinks. two orders of sushi and an entree was never brought out. my sister has celiac, so the server wrote down her “allergy” and when my sister asked if the foods were safe for her to eat, the servers response was “i didn’t make the food, i need to ask.” it just seemed like she didn’t care or maybe didn’t know what gluten free meant, and from previous experiences, she’s never had trouble getting accommodations for her celiac at jade grille. our server would bring a few plates of food and then would say “i’ll be back with more entrees” and then would not come back with the food. when we got our checks, my friend spoke up that we never got an entree, and that it was fine/we didn’t need it, but we needed it taken off the bill, and the servers response was “guys, you need to tell me this when i’m bringing in food” which i thought was so incredibly rude. we asked for the manager, which is something i’ve neverrrr done, and he said he would go check something, and never came back. i understand they were busy, and i really don’t mind waiting for good service and food, but the service was just really really bad. my friends and i are all in our 20s, and i just felt like they weren’t taking us seriously. we were respectful and paying patrons, so i just don’t understand why we didn’t get the same service as some older adults that were eating there. i don’t think i will be going back unfortunately.

They were able to accommodate our large party despite not masking a reservation (whoops) the weekend leading up to Christmas. Service was friendly and quick. The food, as always, was amazing. The honey walnut chicken, beef fried rice and curry chicken were among our favorites
