I’ve been ordering from them for over 3 years now. Various different items all the time. Never disappointed. As matter fact around Christmas last year, we ordered cause I couldn’t cook due to recent surgery. When the delivery came the guy explain he didn’t have enough to make 2 orders and try to give the money back, I’m Like no worries keep it Merry Christmas. 2 weeks later we ordered again. Not alone re order what wanted the first time 2 orders again, we ended with 3 orders of that item just to make up for we didn’t get the last time. I truly believe what you put out into the world will be brought back to you! And I always get great delicious food from here!!!

Ordered take-out from Jade today, and here I am at 3 a.m. sick writing this review. I believe they were rotten, as they smelled like rotten eggs. I tried one, and I puked it out right away. It was absolutely GROSS. Ended up eating pork fried rice and chicken wings, and hours later, my stomach feels like it has a pound of rock in it. I’ll never eat from this place again.

Service was extremely slow. We waited over two hours for our food. We called twice, after the first 40 minutes, the guy said the food was already on the way. Mind you we live down the block. Then after an hour and half, we called back and the lady said they thought we canceled the order with serious attitude in her voice. The food finally came after 2 hours. By the time it arrived, the food was lukewarm and lacked any appeal. The food was actually for my son who was starving. Horrible service I swear to God

Don’t know why this place has lower review numbers than similar places in the neighborhood. They have the BEST and freshest food and they are super friendly. The prices are great too. I recommend the dumplings, the vegetable fried rice which is loaded with fresh veg, shrimp with lobster sauce, cashew chicken and I’m sure I’ll be trying more.
I also like that you can see the kitchen — it’s super clean. And they sanitize the floors and surfaces often.

I ordered TWO BEEF LOMAIN AND RECEIVED ONE!!!! I AM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH MY ORDER AND I DO NOT!!!! RECOMMEND YOU COME HERE!!! I CALLED THE STORE TO LET THEM KNOW ABOUT THIS INCONVENIENCE AND DO YOU KNOW WHAT THEY TOLD ME!?!? THEY TOLD ME THEY GAVE ME A SHRIMP ROLL?!?!?? A SHRIMP ROLL?!?!? I PAYED 27 DOLLARS FOR MY ORDER AND THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.

I called the restaurant and was accused of being difficult, since i requested the difference of the wrong order, credited to my credit card. Customers beware, please double check your order, as the workers are unwilling to either replace or credit wrong orders. Needless to say, i will not ever order from this restaurant, given that i was treated was much contempt.
