Restaurant completely messed up my delivery order twice. Asked to speak to manager and the manager argued with me on what I ordered. He later then offered a free meal on my next order instead of bringing me my original order. He put me on hold so I tried calling again just for him to hang up on me. Worst experience and I’ve been a customer for over 3 years. Definitely lost me after that!

Hidden gem. I have eaten Jade Garden multiple times now and can say I really like the food. I had a hard time after moving and not being able to order from my usual spot but Jade has not disappointed.

I am very disappointed with my order. I ordered vegetable fried rice it had no vegetables cut up broccoli and peas in a medium size and the taste was terrible 90 percent was rice. I also ordered shrmp egg foo young and it was burnt. Please if you want good chinese food do not go there and when I called management they were very rude. I will never go there again and anyone I know will let them know. A very dissatisfied customer.

Expensive but good value. It’s weird though, The past two Saturdays when we’ve played some online order at night… At like 8:00 or 9:00 there’s been no one there… We don’t get charged because we pay on the spot… So the only inconvenience is going there… Fortunately we are close but very interesting and concerning I hope everyone is okay.. maybe this has to do with the worker shortage?

I went to order 2 smoothies with tapioca. They didn’t seem busy but rushed me to give them my order. Then Told me it would be 10 to 15 min. When I got home I saw they over charged me, the price on the menu was a lot different from what they charged me. I then realized no tapioca in my drink. I called back and put me on hold for over 5 min. When they finally answered they hung up. I called again and they told me to go back so they can give me the tapioca in a separate container. I was not going to return just tapioca. When I live 30 min away. Will never go back. Lost a customer for sure.

Really good American-Chinese fare. They have all the favorites, but their pot stickers remain one of my favorites. Haven’t ever had a bad dish here, some were just ok, but most are outstanding. Also worth ordering are any of their fried chicken dishes, the hot and spicy chicken, and the Singapore rice noodles.

This is a great local spot. I come here often. The service is quick and the food is tasty. I am not a fan of their egg rolls. But to each his own. The rest of the menu is delicious and their lunch specials are huge. I also like that they include a can of soda with the lunch specials.
