They have the poorest customer service. Especially, the lady that picks up the phone and is at the cash register. I paid for shrimp and broccoli drove all the way home to discover that my order was completely wrong. I called them and she stated that they were busy and that’s why my order was mixed up. She also wanted me bring back the food the next day so I can get my correct order. Lmaooooo, so I’m supposed to not eat put the food away and waste gas again to bring back the food. I told her it wasn’t fair. She stated “Well, if u want right food xome tomorrow, what you want me to do”. I will never, never go back. She always has attitude and they won’t accept any cards only cash… This was not the first time that she gave me attitude… She can go and fly a kite.

Today I ordered thru DoorDash as I always have from this restaurant. Never have I complained that they NEVER provide utensils. Today, I put in special instructions to please add utensils. Also, coworker wanted sweet and sour chicken, but she does not like the red sauce, and she asked for Extra Duck Sauce. So I put to not send the red sauce and send EXTRA duck sauce. Thought they would send about 5-10. Nope – about 30. AND then I get an email from DoorDash that they charged me an additional $3.90 because of my special instructions. Are you kidding me! Last time ordering from here, and I have been ordering for about a year now. They are very good – but I think this is grossly petty. And I’m mad because I consistently give them a 5-STAR rating. Not no more.

It has great lunch specials… But when I went in there and asked a few questions the lady who attended me seemed annoyed. I ordered a few things to go and when she gave me the food I said thank you, she said “ok” her attitude was bad, if her attitude were better it would have made the experience 5 stars. We lived in the area from 2004-2012 … This was the best Chinese food restaurant in Hampton Rds. Just picked up some today (Sep 2022) and this place still ROCKS! Hands down best Singapore mei fun, general TSO chicken. Egg rolls are perfect, not greasy, not stale. Pork fried rice is amazing. Any other Chinese restaurant across the country we’ve been to gets compared to this one and nobody comes close. Thank you so much for the work you do, the care you put into your food really shines through.
