the owner is sooooo nice and caring ! he always give great customer service and has a smile on his face. i made a tik tok about the $5 special that has over 100,000 views and he handless the influx of new customers with grace and professionalism! he expressed to me that he cares about the community and making sure everyone can afford a good tasty meal! the spicy bourbon, regular bourbon, orange chicken, and black pepper chicken are fire !!! better than your average mall chinese food. they will always have a customer in me

Really enjoyed the food I had tonight at Jade Express, I would definitely come back! The food was fresh, not overly greasy and cooked to perfection. I found this place off of TikTok & can tell the owner + workers care about the people coming through the building.
The 8-9pm special was told to me as:
$5 – 1 meat w/ 1 side
$7 – 2 meats w/ 2 sides
You honestly can’t beat that compared to the malls & other fast food Chinese places around the Raleigh area.
Only reason I gave it 4 stars (really 4.5) was because I couldn’t get a receipt. I spent $20.57 in 3 plates of food. The cashier said that the printer “doesn’t print”.. really defeats the purpose of having one. I also put my phone number in, there was no option for a text/email/paper receipt.
I understand there’s $5-7 plate(s) at closing but, customers always want to know & see the total of their order. Otherwise, highly recommend for folks to get a ️ plate.

The new Jade Express in Raleigh is amazing! The restaurant is clean, welcoming, and fast. The staff is friendly, and the food is always fresh, hot, and full of flavor. Portion sizes are generous, prices are great, and everything—from the chicken to the veggies—is cooked perfectly.
Their grand opening specials and giveaways show how much they care about the community. It’s definitely a spot you’ll want to visit again and again.

You definitely get bang for your buck. I really like that you can choose 2 meats per entree. We got bourbon chicken, spicy bourbon and general Tso. The general Tso had a little kick to it and it was nice the bourbon chicken wasn’t breaded. The orange chicken, rice and noodles was a huge hit with the kids. Good egg rolls too. Probably the best Chinese food I’ve had in Raleigh. The food traveled really well too.

OMG!!! The food was incredible. Ginger chicken, bourbon chicken, teriyaki chicken were very tasty . Chicken were moist inside and perfectly marinated. Service was great and best value. I had it for lunch and made togo for dinner. I would definitely come back again!

Delicious food at an affordable price. I tried the hibachi steak with fried rice, Philly Roll, and Spicy Tuna Roll. All super yummy . The staff is super friendly and accommodating. They make you feel right at home.

This was my first time eating at this restaurant. I ordered the black peppered chicken with white rice (2 plates). Once I arrived home, I tasted the peppered chicken and noticed the chicken had a soft texture. The chicken was raw! I immediately called DoorDash to receive a refund. I will not be returning!

Restaurant is very clean and staff is more than hospitable! You feel very welcomed the moment you walk in. Food is fresh and well priced – and had great grand opening deals! I’ll definitely be recommending and coming back myself!
