My friends & I were a party of 10. Our server was very polite & efficient when taking our food & beverage orders. Our food & drinks arrived promptly. We ordered an assortment of dishes to share & they were all very good. One of my friends commented that all of the fried items were delicious because the batter was “light”.

i will never order from here again, $18-$19 for this skimpy plate. thinking it would be filled up for that price, i order combination L & small hot & sour soup it was $28.30 didn’t even get the moneys worth, other places i only paid $12-$15 & they fill up their food more than this. i’m highly disappointed

Only the absolute finest deserve 5 Stars. The food was very good; I give them 4 Stars. In fact, this Chinese food is probably the best in the area, but, the food is not in the great category. Everything was Very good, with no complaints on any dishes.My order was a Pupu platter, Chow Mein, Lo Mein, Fried Rice, Crab Rangoon, and Chicken Fingers. All was very good, and this was on New Year’s Eve. 3 Stars for Service and Atmosphere due to chaos and delay filling the massive number of orders that night. Overall, this is a very good choice for Chinese Food.

We are new to town, and I was already iffy about trying this place due to the reviews; but didn’t want to drive out of town for a simple combo plate tonight. No online ordering, which is a pain but not the end of the world. First thing to actually throw me off was when I was told it would be five minutes at dinner time when I called and placed the order (tell me it’s not fresh without telling me it’s not fresh). I ordered General gau chicken with veggie lo main and crab rangoons. Pretty standard Chinese plate. I wouldn’t even feed it to the dog. The chicken is way over breaded and extremely soggy where the chicken is falling through the breading like it’s been sitting all day. The lo mein is the thick noodles and barely had any veggies in it, it also had a weird taste. Lastly the shell of the crab ragoons was extremely stale, like the other two items I could tell it was cooked hours ago. For twenty plus bucks for a combo plate, spend your money elsewhere. It’s not even cheap Chinese, and I took three bites and tossed it scared that it will give me food poising. Disappointed and grossed out is an understatement

We have visited Jade east several times in the past few months and find it a step above any Chinese restaurants in the area.
The food is fresh and the drinks well made. The service is fantastic and the prices very reasonable. As another poster remarked, the spring rolls and egg rolls are very fresh and delicious. The Chicken wings are perfectly cooked and juicy.
Angela and Sing the bartender give excellent service.
My new favorite drink is the “White Mai Tai” using white rum.
Highly recommend you to visit or re-visit this place you will be happy you did.

I honestly would not give one star. (-10) stars The food was absolutely horrendous. Food came out cold the breaded chicken fingers was still raw with batter oozing out. The beef teriyaki the thinnest meat but yet still not cooked, lobster sauce smelt like a foot . Shrimp smelt beyond fishy like old fish. I order the “ Diamond head “ it was a puddle of garbage lobster was not fresh, the pork was dry and not tasty at all… for 30 dollars I wouldn’t give away to a homeless person. Order a side of beef and broccoli it was the most heinous thing I ever smelt and tasted ..The meet smelt and tasted like it’s a month old. all the food was just bland and gross I am on the toilet right now writing this review. We wanted to celebrate my girls birthday I didn’t even want to let them know that . I have seen enough!! The server was lacking some serious people skills as well I’m sorry to say we did pay our bill but I am WARNING anyone with a pallet and who is not geriatric or just drunk to steer clear. You end up here just like me .

Got take out…WORST CHINESE MEAL!!! Meat so dry although pretty much all of it dry. Chicken wing was greasy and u had to fight it to eat it..i let the wing win! Lo mein had egg noodles in it along with lo mein noodles aling with a ouece if things that didnt belong i.e. peapod piece of beef was pork lo mein. WASTED $50+ I’LL NEVER GO AGAIN!!! WORST WORST WORST I HATE TO EVEN GIVE 1 STAR!!

Went to jade east for lunch just mentioned to make chicken finger on the light side and how much were two egg rolls and this jerk a so called owner refused to service us . I think husband and wife are getting too old to be in business anymore. They are rude and ignorant and insulting and have a very dirty surrounding. And their food is always wrong and cold. They actually threw us out? Never has this happened to us. I believe they need to be shut down for their customer service. Which is very unacceptable. I nor anyone I know and will make sure no one goes there anymore.-
