I have been on the hunt for udon noodles so I gave Jade Asian a try. First, they are really set up for take out, not dining in. The man who took my order was sitting and eating.

I could have given 4 stars it this was a take-out order. The moment we entered the dining room, I sensed something was wrong, so we should have immediately diverted to take out. The dining room is pleasant enough but there were no place settings and no other customers. There apparently are no real wait staff – just a couple women busy with take out orders and a rude man. “Service” is abysmal. We asked for hot tea and this Chinese restaurant had none – not even tea bags. The aforementioned rude man “served” our order in take out containers with separate paper plates. We asked for silverware and he pointed to the little paper bag with soy sauce and duck sauce packets and tiny plastic forks. (Pre-covid this was a nice dine-in place with actual plates and silverware and a nice waitress.) The “Happy Family”, shrimp, and egg roll we ordered were good, but it would have been a more pleasant dining experience if we’d ordered take-out and eaten in our car.

We have often order take out/delivery from Jade Asian. Tonight was outstanding in service and food quality. I ordered online, and even received a phone call from them to clarify an item I ordered – wow! Delivery was spot on with the time I requested. Bravo to Jade Asian!

placed an order through doordash and specified no pork and made sure the restaurant can accommodate this. i received my order with pork in the rice and when i called the restaurant to ask why there was pork in the rice, the man on the phone was rude and basically told me he didn’t care and i should call doordash if i’m dissatisfied. what gross unprofessional behavior.

After trying 2 other places for dinner in, we finally stopped here. Upon entering we were not greeted, or told they weren’t allowing dinner in, or anything else. Finally someone came to the front taking ordered over the phone and informed us we’d have to go over to him, place our order and leave when we received it. The food was ok.
