JACZ Drive-In was born out of a love for good food and a passion for southern hospitality. Owners Ed, Donna, and Jason Ivie all strive to bring tasty food and desserts to hungry people all over Star Valley. JACZ was named after the four Ivie children; Jason, Amber, Chris, and Zack. It has since become a family affair, with involvement from every Ivie, even the grandkids! From burgers and shakes in the cafe to full service catering on or off site, every meal is prepared with lots of flavor and love!

Took our son here for his birthday while we were camping in nearby Alpine. Wow these hamburgers were big but also very yummy. My husband got the bacon blue, I got the Harmonator and my son got the Jacz burger. Wow there was a lot of toppings and it was stacked high. The fries and onion rings were also exceptional. You can’t beat the views though, so if the weather is good eat outside and enjoy the mountains.

Ive been here twice in a 5 day stay.
Their yak burger, wraps, and fish and chips have all been great! Its fast service and as a utan, they have fry sauce!
This will be a new go to when we come on our yearly trip!

It was busy when I went. It took a while to get through the line, but the food came out FAST. It was delicious. We went for dinner, and will stop again for ice cream some day.
We had a burger, kids hot dog, malibu chicken and Ruben melt. Everyone really liked their food.
The one minor issue, I wish my burger was medium rare.

If you are visiting Star Valley Wyoming, this is an absolute favorite of the locals. Star Valley is fortunate to have 2 great Drive-in Burger restaurants. Jacz is a true Valley Branded eating experience. Service is phenomenal, and the young people that work here are exceptionally welcoming. The owners are very hands-on, including Grandma Ivie. Don’t miss an opportunity to try some of their newest handmade Ice Cream.

I have heard so many great things about JACZ, I had to taste for myself! I ordered the double cheeseburger and fries and my husband ordered the jalepeno burger and fries. The burgers are thick and flavored! The service was quick even though we were in a long line and the drive thru was packed! We topped it off with a fruity blue shake which I cannot stop thinking about! Definitely a favorite place for us and we will be back when we’re in town again!

Our food was out in minutes and they seemed fairly busy. The staff (mostly looked like teens!) were very friendly and professional. Our lunch and shakes were delicious, no complaints! Facility was super clean, easy parking, inside and outside seating, playground for kids – will definitely come back on our way through town!

This is the 2nd time we stopped on our drive to Star Valley. It is Amazing! They have Awesome Burgers, fries, wraps, huge salads and the tetris tater tots were rockin! I wanted to try their coconut cream pie, but opted for their Reed’s waffle cone. My husband and kids had shakes and loved them. They got the food out quickly and service was amazing. They also have teeter totters, toys for the kids to play on and a town backdrop to take pictures by. It is right next to the Wolf Den where you can rent a cabin or take your camper to. It’s a Wonderful Place for Family, Food and Fun.

Was there when they opened at 11 and we were first to order. 4 of us had our food ate and were back on the road at 11:21… talk about fast! And did not slack on presentation or quality! One of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. Definitely recommend to anyone and I will be going back soon.

This place is amazing!!! The burgers and shakes are great! I got the Buffalo bacon blue cheese burger and hubby got the bacon cheeseburger. Very good!!! You can dine in or They have a drive thru as well but it’s always a long line out to the road. They pump through the lines very fast though. No longer than a 5-10 min wait either way. BEWARE!! We’re from Idaho falls and we used google maps to get there. We were headed south from Alpine and it told us it was on the left. Wrong! It was on the right it’s a red building look for the pink water tank painted “fry sauce” on the side. Worth the trip I will definitely be coming back when we do our scenic drives.
