We used Jacques Pastry Shop for our wedding cake. We got married in October 2025 and they made the whole process seamless. We booked a tasting in July 2025 which gave us ample time to pick the flavors and fillings. We were lucky enough to get a base amount covered by the venue, and then anything extra was an add on. Honestly, the quality we got for the price we paid was completely unmatched.
The vision I had for the cake was executed perfectly and we can’t wait to break into the top of the cake we saved for our 1 year! We still dream about how good it was. Use Jacques for your next event!

I had a truly disappointing experience at this place. The communication and attentiveness to customers’ needs were severely lacking. Upon my arrival, I expressed what I was looking for, but when I asked for cake examples, I was told they didn’t have any on their website. I was encouraged to send an email, but my inquiry was completely ignored, and I was told what they intended to make without my input. Since I had already paid half, I felt stuck and had to hope for the best.
When I went to pick up the cake, it only got worse. An older gentleman made me feel incredibly unwelcome, and it was obvious that even the staff felt uncomfortable with the situation. I quickly paid and left, feeling disappointed.
While some people claimed the cake tasted good, it was not what I wanted and far from impressive. I have had much better elsewhere, and I would never return to this place. The whole experience was entirely undesirable.
