To me they need to change their cooking oil. I had ordered fish and and their mac-cheese and the mac-cheese is a no go for me. I do not like it at all. But the fish was nice and hot but oil needs to be fresh that just my opinion.

I have never eaten at this restaurant but I am very tempted to do so all because of the way the owner responds to negative reviews. Unlike Frank’s pizzeria where they blame everything on DoorDash drivers. Keep up the good customer service!

Decided to try the catfish today during the arts festival for my 1st time eating at this restaurant. Ladies were very nice and pleasant, but my catfish was not cooked all the way so I had to throw it away after only two bites. The little bit I did eat was very flavorful, just needed to cook longer.

This is my very first time eating their food. I ordered fried pork chops with greens and sweet potatoes for my sides. Everything was DELICIOUS AND HOT AND PERFECT. l will eat here again. I want to try everything on their menu. DELICIOUS!!!!!

They have the bomb fish! Mac and cheese is super good too. Shrimp is okay. The ribs are boiled if that’s your style. Call in to put in your order takes 10 minutes for each entree so plan accordingly

Went there for the first time today and the food was really good! Very affordable, very filling and had a great family ran atmosphere, what more could you want lol! I got the Cajun shrimp nachos and my boyfriend got a cheeseburger and he’s still talking about how good it was! We’ll be back for sure!

We have found the food from Jacksons to be very good food. I like the fried catfish dinner with baked beans. We do not get french frys because by the time we get them home, they are soggy. Beans are great, spaghetti is great, Mac and cheese has always been good, but was dry last time.
