I ordered the chicken parm sandwich and the tomato soup. Chicken was burned, barely edible. Soup tasted like tomato paste with basil added as an afterthought. I will never eat here again.

Amazing food – fries cooked in avocado oil?! Wow. Baked goods, sandwiches, salads, soup, all delicious. Very kind service.

Went there today with a group of 7 and we got pizza which was cooked perfectly, excellent pastas and salads. We got a bunch of different things and everything was very delicious! Would definitely go back.

Taste wasn’t bad, needs more flavor in my opinion. $14 for this amount is ridiculous. I rather just go to Olive Garden where the price matches the amount.

Noodles very overcooked. Zero flavor, pretty much just starchy mush. Avoid this place. Also the cost is just insane for how little food you get, just go to Olive Garden.

Update: went back a second time a few months later and the same dish (spaghetti with meatballs) was priced $2 higher! Nothing changed (portion, flavor)… not a good sign.

Partner got the pizza and it had an unusual taste to the crust (maybe it’s whole wheat based?). Unfortunately, it was not tasty due to this.

Original review: Delicious! I ordered the spaghetti. The meatballs were flavorful, and the spaghetti was al dente and well-sauced. It came with a side of fresh bread. A little bit on the pricier side but well worth it. Looking forward to trying other menu items next time.

I ordered a chicken Alfredo, and a few hours later I’m sick as a dog. I will not be going back, and wouldn’t ever send a friend here. I work in food service, and it seems to be common knowledge in the industry that Jackson’s has gone downhill since the new ownership took over. Sad, because it used to be a consistent staple in bend.

Very disappointed. Got the $13 Jackson’s Blue salad (greens, apples, candied walnuts, blue cheese & dressing), PNW apples, and grilled chicken ($5 extra). So with tip the meal was close to $22 so I was disappointed with size of the to-go box. I weighed the salad when I got home and it was under 8oz (which included the chicken). I know restaurants are challenged right now but this was a bit over the top.
