I really enjoyed lunch here with my wife today!
The salad was so delicious and healthy!
Service was quick and friendly.
Atmosphere was a little crowded, but only one person coughed while we were there, hopefully from eating wrong.

Arrived around 430 on a weekday and the place was pretty empty. Walked right up to order, the service was fast and friendly, and the food was good. They have so many salad options and I love you can build your own, you can pick 6 different toppings, the possibilities are endless! Would definitely go back and try a sandwich

Jack’s Urban Eats is one of our favorites! I loveee their salads always super fresh, flavorful, and perfectly tossed. My boyfriend is obsessed with their sandwiches, so it’s the perfect spot for both of us. The food is consistent every time, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. Definitely a go-to for a healthy and delicious meal!

Very fresh ingredients in the salad and super delicious. I absolutely loved the salad. The BYO option pays off. The Mac and cheese was just ok, could have used more cheese. Employees were nice and fast at what they do. Parking is a little hard to find but not impossible. They also have a patio outside. Pretty decent place

I keep forgetting why I’m not a fan of this franchise. It’s basically uppity fast food. My Reuben was mostly bread. Tastes fine but where is the meat? I removed the bread around the meat and there wasn’t much left.

Local California chain with amazing fresh food. Sandwiches are the highlight but you also can create your own salads as well as pick from good selection of Jack created salads. Their stake and bbq is very good if you have such a craving. This location offers good outdoor seating for those who enjoy open air dinning.

I have been coming here for many years, and normally it is 10/10. However, every once in awhile the food will be complete garbage. I see other reviews saying “the food is inconsistent” and I have to agree with that, particularly with their meat products, as well as the Mac and cheese and fries. Sometimes the Mac and cheese is very coagulated and congealed. That is not how the Mac and cheese should be, it should be creamy and the sauce should be fluid.
For how expensive the food is, I expect it to be perfect every time.

We absolutely love, Jack urban eats. I don’t know why, but the one on Sierra College has much better salads and chicken than the one at the fountains, I cannot figure out why. PLUS, they always have good cookies on display to buy.

Decent sized parking lot, and if it’s full, there are plenty of lots close by because it’s in a larger shopping center . Everyone was super friendly, food was ready fast, and it was delicious!!!!! I was with a group of about 10 ladies and we all said how good the food was.
