Comfortable neighborhood pub with great drinks and food. The fried catfish is exceptionally good. I’m also a fan of the chopped steak w brown gravy and onions. Great location off the strand with a small parking lot. Owner and bartenders are friendly and I’ve never had a problem getting a seat at the bar. Recommended

Rode my bike 1.5 miles each way to get a double cheeseburger, however was given a single cheeseburger (realized once I got home). I will now choose another establishment because this is the second time that has happened. For $21 that is a lot of money for a single burger with some tots. I do not want to ride another 3 miles. Seems like the norm for many establishments now.

This place was a true Irish pub! Our first time there and we were very impressed, especially with the food! They were one of the only places open with kitchen, late night. The bartender, Paul was fabulous too!

It’s Lent season and you know us Catholics need our fish on Friday. I was searching for a place on the island that served decent fish and saw the reviews. CLAIRE gave high remarks about the fish. I am from the island and never like any of the restaurants fish meals because we can make our own at home so we are picky. Let me tell you! If you want hot fresh homemade cornmeal fish this is your place!!!!!!! Jack’s can I just get a bucket of fried fish and skip the rest of the dinner?! I ate all my fish in the car on the way home and I think I need to come back. That fish deserves five stars! Get extra green beans! They are delish!!!
