Jack’s is one of my favorite dives in Pennsylvania and I have incorporated this bar into being my go-to place when in the Reading area. Prices are fantastic, it’s got a great vibe, the locals are so fun here, and the bartenders are always amazing. This place is so special.

Incredible venue with as much room as you need. Parking only gets bad for bigger bands but we found a way around it fairly easily. There’s an outdoor section that’s greatly appreciated after moshing

Taryn is amazing. The vibe is always good and the people are great+friendly. The regulars are always happy to see you! I was skeptical to come here at first but now I’ll be here often 🙂

This has been a staple since I relocated!!!! Lately, I’m startled by an early morning visit; unusual for me, I walked in, sat at mirrored sidebar asked for a beer & bartender refused to bring it to me & specifically said “I am a bartender, the bar is over here”. I was thinking , really, okay he said that’s it then! He threw it away: after I said, “I am leaving, wow!”. Bad taste and unexpected! Good luck! I was told no one cares!
