Jack’s On Pearl feature’s a custom wood fired grill using a mixture of Oak and Pecan Wood which enhances the flavor profile of each our dishes. Offering two distinct dining experiences, Jack’s on Pearl gives you options for your fine dining experience. Our main floor is set with white tablecloth dining featuring prime steaks, pecan shrimp, lemongrass with forbidden black rice and an on-site oyster bar. Our second floor features a more casual setting and large outdoor patio. Here, you can choose from a cast iron filet, prime steak tacos, wagyu french dip, oysters and much much more. Went here for the first time last night to celebrate my birthday. Ryan was our server and he’s amazing! He eased my fears about not knowing what to order when he said I can try something else if I don’t like something. I’m not a huge sashimi person but my husband is, so we started with the 3 sashimi appetizer- it was like butter and not fishy tasting at all. Then we had the caeser and wedge salads. They were both ok and we’d skip them next time. Too much dill and not enough dressing on both and too few croutons on the caeser. We both got filets for our main dish. The tenderness and flavor of the meat was incredible- best filet I’ve ever had. My husband got his with bernaise, while I tried the champion style. I like spicy, but felt there was too much chile sauce and the spiciness was overpowering the meat imho. It was still really good but I’d skip it next time and just do the bernaise. We got the mac & cheese for our side and it was so good- very creamy and cheesy. We’ll definitely order that again. To top it off, we had the bread pudding for dessert. It wasn’t dry at all and I loved the ice cream that it was served with. Ryan added a candle and a happy birthday chocolate to it which was a nice touch. Can’t wait to come back and introduce Jack’s on Pearl to our friends and family.

EXTREMELY good and priced very well for quality!!! We ordered steak & lobster tail, seafood risotto, and our friends ordered the linguine (not pictured)! For dessert we got the cookie, won’t lie was not a fan of it. Everything else was spectacular and the presentation was top tier!! Oh and check out the fresh fish!

This place is EXCELLENT!! We love the fact that a restaurant is always busy and this one is !!! We sat at the bar and the service is extremely efficient…We celebrated our Valentine’s on the 15th with an amazing dinner…Everything was tasty and delicious from the drinks to the salads and the entrees…We had a great dinner with the best service and fair prices…Everyone was smiling and really nice…Unfortunately they ran out of the avocado cremebrulee but we are coming back soon. 100% recommended !!

Wow, truly delightful! Everything was perfect! The blueberry mignonette oysters are not to be missed out on! Nor is the sashimi, any dish with the forbidden rice, or the crème brûlée. Even our picky 8 year old enjoyed the selections. Drinks are spot on as well, cheers to the bartender.
Service is above and beyond. And our server, Colin, made the experience unforgettable.

We had such an amazing experience! Our waiter, Christian, was absolutely fantastic — attentive, friendly, and made the whole evening feel special without being overbearing.
I ordered the seabass and it was cooked to perfection — light, flavorful, and beautifully presented. My husband had the wagyu steak and WOW… phenomenal!!! One of the best steaks he’s ever had.
Everything from the service to the food was top-tier. We’ll definitely be coming back!

During Denver Restaurant Week, we had an exceptional dining experience! The filet was unbelievably soft and tender, truly the best I’ve ever had. The dry-aged king salmon was on another level, showcasing incredible flavor and texture. Our server provided fantastic recommendations and delivered top-notch service. The ambiance, service, and food all exceeded expectations. We can’t wait to return!
UPDATE: we went for New Year’s Eve to get a nice dinner and as usual, the service was a top notch, the attention to details from the staff is impressive. It’s our 4th time dinning in there and we will be back!

Everything we ordered was amazing. The service was top notch. We ordered the oysters, sashimi trio, sea bass and lemongrass scallops. Idk how to feel about the green sauce that came with the sea bass, but it wasn’t bad, just different.
This place is a little expensive, for 2 people, the food plus 4 old fashions, plus tip, came out to $350. It is to be expected when dining out in Denver at a nice restaurant like this, so not complaining.
Will definitely come back again and will recommend anyone who can afford it to give them a try.

We had some friends in for the Broncos game and needed to find a great spot to hang out, and that’s how we discovered Jack’s. From the moment we walked in, we knew we’d picked the right place. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for relaxing, talking, and enjoying Friends.
Our server was absolutely outstanding—genuinely enthusiastic, incredibly knowledgeable about both the menu and the restaurant, and clearly proud of the food they were serving. Their energy and recommendations really elevated the whole experience.
And the food… honestly, some of the best we’ve had in a long time. The steak was cooked perfectly—tender, flavorful, and full of that rich, satisfying depth you hope for but rarely get.
