This place is a true retro Americana time machine, from the Norman Rockwell style decor to the vintage jukebox humming in the background. It feels like stepping into a classic painting brought to life. The restaurant is always spotless, the food is consistently fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I love seeing the sweet older patron couples who have clearly made this their regular spot for years. I have been coming here myself for over five years, and it has never once disappointed me. A timeless classic with great service and great food every visit. Highly recommend.

If you looking for a burger old fashioned style this is the place delicious burgers. I only wish they built their burgers differently, I like bun, lettuce, Patty, and then all the fixings, and then the cheese I may be a few other fixings and sauce and then top of bun.
They do bottom bun cheese some fixings Patty and then lettuce and some fixings like bacon and then top of Patty. Now I know that they have other things to add to like the raw onions and the pickles and the stuff on the side and if the cheese is melted to the bun on top would be hard to do that understood but the bottom bun becomes so soggy and it also has cheese melted into the bottom bun. Which equals a delicious sloppy Burger instead of like a niece or gourmet burger that has not Soggy Bottom bun. That’s just my preference. Otherwise whenever I’m in the area I love their burgers so dangle good yummy yummy old fashioned burgers

Classic wood paneled burger spot complete with secret burger sauce and a jukebox in the corner. The burgers are delicious with options from classic cheeseburgers to create your own options with sautéed mushrooms, onions, and peppers.
Fries are your standard burger spot fries, but they’re a good vessel for that secret burger sauce. The onion rings were particularly good.
Plenty of booth seating throughout, plus some half table seating booths. Good sized parking lot wrapping around the south and west side of the building.

Excellent quality juicy burgers and nice hot golden fries. I always appreciate a place that changes it’s cooking oil frequently. Anyone who chooses to spend $20 at McDonald’s is crazy VS a real meal here!

Good ole fashion hamburger! Simple and super tasty! It’s a landmark in Fort Lauderdale! Definitely a must try, not the best burger I have had but it’s simplicity make it nostalgic!

I haven’t been here in a little while, and unfortunately I probably won’t be returning any time soon. I was big fan of the chili dogs, but they changed the hotdogs at some point and now it’s just not the same. Hopefully they’ll change them back to the way they were.

I got the big Jack with cheese and onion rings. the Big Jack was big and juicy. the onion rings were crispy but not overcooked. the onion ring sauce had a little sweetness to it that paired well with the onion rings.

No frills, time has stood still. Have prices gone up, has service slipped, of course, its everywhere. Just be nice and support this place. The burgers, fries, shakes still great. Go for the largest burger. Doesn’t pay to go small. Enjoy.
