This is the first time going at the new location. I will say it’s much bigger and a better overall atmosphere. The food was great. However, we did not receive any silverware and had to get up and go find our own at the bar. Also we didn’t receive any napkins and we had to hunt those down ourselves aswell. We had our 2 young children with us and the waitress asked if we would like an extra plate so we could split the cheeseburger and fries meal between our 2 children , as they they don’t eat as much as an adult would and the portion was more than enough for the both of them. Upon getting our receipt we where charged a fee for an extra plate. Never in my life or my wife’s have we ever heard of a charge for an extra plate. Honestly it’s pretty ridiculous. That being said , the service was OK at best and the plate fee is just plain insulting. Food was great , I’ll probably get take out in the future but never dine in again.

Looked for the highest rated Breakfast near me, and took a chance. This establishment did not disappoint. “The Scrambler” special was just what the doctor order for me. My wife got a simple Egg, Sausage links, and toast plate which she was totally satisfied with, with the sausages being very good. (Left us wondering if it was locally sourced, delicious!) Our server, Matthew, made feel right at home, and the pride he felt about his family establishment was very evident. On the way out we got some homemade Zucchini muffins that were excellent. Highly recommended and will be coming back next time we are on town!

We stop by in the morning, going to Niagara Falls. Very surprise. Inside, so perfectly decent. Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. Food served fast, hot, and tasty. Highly recommend. Excellent. And only 3 minutes from the highway.

Down home family atmosphere. We were traveling from Indiana and found this out on Google and decided to try it. Staff was friendly and attentive and food was really good! So good in fact that we went back the next morning for breakfast. Had the same waitress, Andrea and her shadow in training, Joe. Breakfast was great and the pancake was the size of the plate….they truly don’t skimp on portions. So if you’re in the area, try it…..you won’t be disappointed!

One of the best brunch places you can try around the Rochester area. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Dishes we ordered were really good. We tried one of their omelets and a steak and cheese sandwich. Both tasted really good.
We went there around noon and there was no waiting.

Great little diner. We were in town to see some historical site and needed a place for lunch. The prices were decent and the food portions were huge. The staff were super nice and the service was pretty quick for 7 people. Food tasted great too.

Waitress was very nice she was apologetic to us for the wait and she was standing at the counter bugging the cooks for the food, the coffee was burnt to a crisp, once we got our food 45 minutes later I slid half of it aside and their was a pool of oil/ grease on the bottom of the plate at least 2-3 tablespoons of oil came out when I moved the food aside. I swore off jacks when they were in their other location and figured we would give it a 2nd try with the new building. Your better off going to Dunkin or McDonald’s and if you want diner food drive to canandaigua, drive time will offset their food delivery times. I will never go again!

Delicious! They had a corned beef and cabbage dinner for St Pattys day. They normally do breakfast and lunch, which is just as great! They do the baked goods now too and they are super good and creative!

Me and my husband visited the town. We stopped there for brunch. Very friendly stuff. Good food. I tried burger. Super delicious. Husband bought breakfast ( egg, sausage, pancake home fries) filling meal. Price was very reasonable. Have parking next to the restaurant. Highly recommend.

Eating in house is way better than to go, mainly for breakfast. They have a good biscuits and gravy but if you get it to go you loose a lot of the gravy to the tinfoil they wrap it up in. The price for food ratio is a bit off, I tend to feel like I’m paying more for less appealing food.
