I attended The Jack’s grand opening in Harrisburg and left feeling a little disappointed. The food wasn’t free, and the promotion was a coupon for one free biscuit a month. I appreciate the offer, but the advertising made it seem like there would be “free food”, so after waiting an hour, it didn’t feel worth the time.
Also, not pictured is the delicious chicken biscuit my son had!
The drink is their iced coffee it’s extremely sweet like “sweet tea”.
I’ll still leave a good review as the food was good, and the service was good. I also like supporting local businesses.

All around just absolutely the best. Service is truly outstanding. Food was extremely fresh with excellent flavor. Chicken fully cooked with great flavor and juicy. Mashed potatoes are creamy. Biscuits perfectly buttery and flaky. Clean and wonderful atmosphere. I found my new place to get great food for me and the family. Highly recommend. Now we just need a few more Jack’s in Arkansas

I’m giving four stars for two reasons The positive being their chicken biscuits are really good I’ve had them a few times now and they have not disappointed they are also pretty large especially compared to ones you might get at Chick-fil-A
The reason why I didn’t give five stars is because I had a burger most recently and to be honest the burger did not taste good at all The meat was the issue it had a weird flavor that almost made you think flame broiled but not in a good way
To sum it up the chicken is really good The service is decent The burgers are gross
Oh and the blueberry creampie was pretty good I wanted strawberry but they were actually out

So basically this afternoon at 1 o’clock on Friday I had ordered some chicken fries, steak and mashed potatoes. At first, the service was really great, but that’s when disaster happened. I live in Jonesboro and I was passing through Harrisburg and stopped to get some food and wanted to try this restaurant. Once I received my food as I’m walking out, not even thinking of how it’s package I get home to Jonesboro and start opening my bag and noticed that there was a mashed potatoes in the gravy, but I don’t see the chicken fries steak. What our yacht was really discussing. I was like a mid rib sandwich from McDonald’s not my chicken fried steak. I order my food at 1 o’clock and in when I got home. I tried to contact the restaurant for two hours and no answer no responds. But the time to 30 rolled around somebody picks up the phone I asked the person can I speak to the manager and I heard on the background what did I want and I told the person I have a complain complaint about the food and the manager pretty much said that I don’t want to deal with any anymore of the customers complaints and they hung up on me. I tried repeatedly to reach out to the restaurant to maybe talk to the manager and get a refund but every time when I would try to call the restaurant it was like all of a sudden my number was blocked for no reason. I tried about an hour to get a hold of the restaurant and I felt like I was ignored. I felt very disrespected. I grew up in Harrisburg all the way tall was 13. This is got to be the worst restaurant that this city has ever put in my life it what makes it worse is right across by the food giant. That to me is very lack a bad management and to be honest, I don’t feel that she is properly trained of how to deal with the customers let alone I don’t feel like her staff is also properly trained. My suggestion is is that she needs to go to another location if this is not what she signed up to do or this restaurant needs to be completely shut down. I know this is a really long rearview, but we need to get the message out there that if the GM does not want to run this restaurant the mass suggestion that they should just go on and have the employees fine other employment elsewhere cause I guarantee you this place. It’s gonna go down downhill lack of whatever the ladies management.
