I had a great experience at Jack’s. The crew that was working there was very polite and greeted me as I entered. My order was missing an item but they quickly corrected it. The breakfast I ate was great. I will be coming back again.

The biscuits were under cooked,gummy and not flavorful. The gravy was ok but needed seasoning and the eggs were absent of any flavor. I tried salt which I don’t use and lots of black pepper still didn’t help. I’ve stopped here several times in the past and it was good. Cutting corners isn’t good for business

From 4 months ago:: Love the food every time, the dinning area was a little dirty everywhere and it was super cold in there lol!!! I’m updating my post 9/5/21 the food was old, it was cold and nasty inside. I paid $8 for my food and I got the 3 most smallest piece of tenders I had ever seen they were over cooked it was like eating jerky, the mash potato weren’t mixed properly so they were chunky. We asked for no ice there was more ice in the cup than drink.

Stopped on our way home and wasn’t impressed with this location. Date of service was February 27th between 4 to 4:30. Tables were dirty so I went to restroom and got wet paper towel to clean us a table. Condiments station was empty as well as napkin dispenser.

Dude. I’m sorry to all the other places I’ve been to but this place is just better. They took our order immediately, and had the order out for our group of 6 people in 5 minutes. The bathroom was legit pristine, they even had those “in use” and “vacant” locks on the stall doors. The food was so gas, the chicken was crispy but soft and tender on the inside and the fries were the perfect amount of fluffy and airy but crispy. The comeback sauce was better than any other sauce I’ve ever had, legit. Not only that, they were generous and gave us multiple of them free of charge. The food came out to about $7 for an entire meal. You could tell they weren’t worried about being greedy and just wanted us to eat good. The staff was super nice, wish I would’ve take a picture with the cook but it’s all good. They had a tv too and chairs you could sit in, ever see that in a McDonald’s or any other generic fast food place? Nope. Jack’s is just better.

This is one of my favorite fast food joints and one of two in which I’ll eat their burgers! (I’m generally not a fan of fast food burgers). I LOVE their fries because they have some sort of deliciously salty seasoning on them, and their chicken tenders and shakes and mashed potatoes are great! The people at this location are also very nice

The food is always good at the Newton Mississippi restaurant. The people at the cash register are always helpful and kind. I can’t say that I’ve ever had an bad experience here now that I’m thinking about it. Even when they are short of help they do their best to keep things moving.
