No does this look like good customer services? How would you feel when you walked in and no one acknowledged you? You wait patiently at the counter still no acknowledgment and a lady walks from the back and do this . Yes I understand they were busy. Again I waited patiently. You had workers just looking at you and still didn’t say nothing to you. This has to stop. This is why businesses are closing and jobs are decreasing. People come to work and do whatever and no one holds them accountable.

Although delayed due to personal matters, I would like to share my first experience at Jack’s in Byram. I can confidently say they offer the best customer service I’ve encountered among fast-food establishments in the area. I visited on Sunday morning around 11:00 a.m., where I was assisted by a young woman with freckles—unfortunately, I cannot recall her name, though I believe she introduced herself as Rae. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine hospitality.
Throughout my visit, she was truly exceptional. Despite the restaurant becoming increasingly hectic, she maintained her composure, remained respectful, kind, and remarkably pleasant under pressure. I was genuinely impressed. Her light-hearted jokes brought smiles and laughter to customers, even those growing impatient with the wait. She handled the situation with professionalism and grace and did a fantastic job overall. I will most certainly be returning!

This is the BEST bone in fried chicken I’ve ever gotten at a fast food restaurant! They’re always so friendly. They didn’t have any chicken that I wanted ready and said it would be 11 minutes. I said I’d gladly wait. It was brought out to me hot and fresh and it was wonderful. Still hot and fresh when I got home with it. They also have the BEST coleslaw I’ve ever eaten anywhere! Kudos to this team!!

I came in looking to order wings and fries and was told they no longer have the wings. Omg they were sooooo good, buffalo flavor. I was disappointed. The crew on today still made my day with buffalo flavored chicken tenders. The buffalo flavor is just soooo good at Jack’s. Food was hot and fresh. Never had a bad experience at Byram location.

While I normally give Jack’s 5 stars… tonight, it’s a 1. We sat in the drive thru for more than 30 minutes. When we finally got the food, the fries were extremely salty and the sandwich was cold. The girl working the window was extremely nice and friendly and seemed to be more aware of things than the manager over the shift.

Love jacks!!! Thier fries, biscuits, any of it!!! I moved here from Alabama and was highly upset to find there was not a jacks anywhere around. After 8 years its finally here and I go as often as possible!! Its a 20 minute drive from my house but we’ll worth it!!

Jack’s has become our family’s favorite restaurant especially because theyboffer a great variety of food options to choose. The staff is so friendly and work very hard to move the long lines when it’s peak meal time. They always greet me when I enter the restaurant. I’m so glad Jack’s opened in our city!!!
