We stopped here. Never even heard of the place but we in an adventure. We walked in and was greeted like they were happy to see us. I think there was a couple of people there. The place looks almost new and modern. The dining room has a nice flair to it.
I ordered chicken because I didn’t want a burger. Don’t even know if they had any burgers honestly.
I got a two piece dinner. Breast and Wing with Cole slaw and mashed potatoes and gravy. Their side choices were limited. Sometimes you don’t want fries. It also came with a biscuit and a drink. The chicken was cooked nice. Crunchy on the outside and juicy in the inside. Biscuit was good with some jam. Mashed potatoes was standard but the coleslaw was horrible and I rarely say that about food. It had no love in it at all. In fact it had no mayonnaise either. Seems like it was just vinegar and no seasonings. Bland and very hard and chewy not crunchy. Either use some Mayo, sugar, vinegar and other stuff or stop selling it. Some people genuinely like Cole slaw.
Other than that this place is a go. Also they have old fashioned hand dipped ice cream. Now where do you find that in a fast food restaurant? No where.
I stood back from the front counter while waiting on my food. And heard them say, while boxing up others food, that they would just go ahead and do theirs because it was easier because they just had two pieces and three pieces. Customers that came in after me. Ordered after me. Paid after me. One of the first guests to come in after me, got their food, sat down, ate, and were gone, while I was still standing and waiting. Mine was less convenient, so they just didn’t care to deal with it. Heard them say it out loud. Awful customer service. When this place opened, it was a circus. They slowly got better over time. Now we are getting back to how it was in the beginning. A shame, because I like the food. But it’s almost not worth the hassle at this point
