You rarely find great service in this day and time. By far, This is the Best Customer service I have received in a long time. They offered me fresh chicken and explained the few minutes wait. Food was Fresh and good. They also asked if I wanted a drink while I waited on the fresh chicken. 99cent burger was good. I honestly couldn’t believe how sweet these young people were. 100% professional service from a fast food restaurant. It was well worth the trip. Thank you Jack’s… 100 across the board!!!

Fried chicken, fries, green beans, and biscuits are all better than KFC (although KFC wins for coleslaw and mashed potatoes & gravy). Clean dining room, attentive staff, good prices. Wish they had a drink dispenser and basic condiments available in the dining room instead of having to ask for them each time. 4.5 Stars, Definitely Recommend

My husband wanted to go there because of advertisement of catfish. It was hard 3in long cold bad tasting only fries came with it slaw had to be ordered separately. We do not eat out so this was special for us. Never again will we go in here. Not very clean. Or friendly workers

I went to Jack’s restaurant on Saturday evening after 6 p.m. I went thru the drive-thru as I always do. My order was taken my a young lady and I ordered the Big Jack combo without onions. When I picked up my order at the pickup window, I asked for ketchup and then I drove off. I noticed when I pulled my burger out to eat it, the burger was cold. By then I couldn’t turn around to go back because I was too far up the highway on my way home. I have never received a cold burger from them. The fries were okay but not fresh. It makes me wonder now if I received left overs that they already had sitting. The name on my ticket has William. Very disappointed with this because for 1 food cost too much to go thru this and 2, when I get food from anywhere I look to enjoy what I pay for as I sure others would too. Please do better with this because this is like wasting hard earned money spent.

I would have to say that I was pretty surprised when visiting Jack’s today in Olive Branch. The staff members were nice. The food was hot and fresh. Even the person taking my order made recommendations since I had only visited Jack’s one time before this occasion. Overall great experience the one thing that I was a little setback about was the state of the men’s restroom. Normally, I do not comment about things like this because I understand that it is a public restroom and it is not always easy to keep up with dirty people every second of the day. But in this case, it was absolutely disgusting so that is the reason why I’m giving this restaurant four out of five stars.
