Loaded mac and cheese with bacon and chicken turned out to be a great surprise. It was excellent! The chicken tenders are reasonable portion and the sauces were good. The place was very well decorated and very clean. The restrooms were clean and decorated as well. Overall, we will stop again on the way back through.

I ordered the Bigger Jack combo without tomatoes. The cashier in drive-thru was very pleasant. My burger was hot and fresh, however, it did have tomatoes. I was disappointed by this, but because it was hot and looked delicious, I just took the tomatoes off. Also, the fries were not as fresh as I like. Overall my experience at Jack’s was pleasant, the price was reasonable, and the burger was delicious.

This place sucks. It took them 30 minutes to make a simple order. 4 people working and they were not that busy. When speaking to the manager was told “we are short staffed and are sorry”. I am usually empathetic, but they are slow and incompetent. No apology are compensation was offered by “Manager “. I will not return to this location ever. Please retrain manager as she needs retraining.

Oh my goodness I absolutely LOVE this place. The food was just so good the service was great. The meal was better than eating a real home cooked meal. And not a wife trying to cook I mean momma’s cooking. They were practicing all the pandemic requirements perfect the cleanliness was something these workers really took to heart. I just wished we had one of these Jack’s near Camden Tennessee. I pulled in thinking i was getting Jack in the box fast food and ended up with a new favorite restaurant.

Stopped by Sunday (09-21-25) about 7:15pm. The young woman working the drive through window had a great personality and great service. We ordered item that required some wait for fresh preparation. We were asking to pull up and they would bring it out. After an appropriate wait out food came out hot and fresh. As I was about to pull off, my passenger noticed we were short two pies. However, before we could even put our van in park, the same young woman was running out with our pies to catch us before we pulled off. She apologized and we all laughed about. She had a great smile and attitude. Most places/people would have just let the customer drive and apply if the customer came back in. She did her job well and with enthusiasm. That is an individual i would hire (steal away) if I had a business in that area.

Hit the place right at the lunchtime peak and there was a bit of a wait. Seemed the drive thru might have been a better choice. Had the double cheeseburger with fries and the finely chopped onions reminded of getting a Krystal. The fried chicken was good but had a basic taste. Not highly seasoned so you really can’t compare it to other chicken chains. The dining room hostess provided the southern charm and made sure all the eat in customers were happy.

First time eating at Jack’s. I inadvertently mistaked it for Jack in the Box at first. Sandwich size left much to be desired, especially after naming the burger, the big bacon. As the pictures attest to, burger though, mooderately tasty, was about 3 to 3 and 1/2 inches in diameter. The two patties of meat they used were tasty but combined at 1/8 inch thick each. They added up to about a quarter inch of a patty. The chicken sandwich was simply that, a tasty perfectly cooked breast of chicken with a couple small pieces of what appear to be pickles (see pictures). The frozen crinkle fries tasted about like what you would expect from frozen crinkled fries. And the apple pie was comparable to that of the other food change that carry the hot apple pie under the heat lamp. Overall, I give Jacks four stars for good tasting chicken but at approximately $13 for the two sandwiches (the chicken sandwich was part of a combo that included a 20 oz drink, the apple pie, the crinkle fries, and the sandwich for $5.99) the cost of the burger sandwich with its feeble meat amount added another six bucks and I could have done without that. A little pricey for that burger.

Cindy is a rock star!!! I live in TX and sent my elderly parents diner at their Jackson, TN hotel (they were waiting to move into a new house). The Door Dash order had arrived without some of the food. I phoned the store and Cindy asked what was missing, and assured me she would make it right. 15 minutes later, Cindy drove the order to my parents herself, and added hot fries and dessert for the inconvenience. She made the problem hers to solve and she was a great example of true customer service!!!

Pretty average fast food chicken spot by today’s standards. They do offer additional options like burgers and I feel my wallet appreciates it more than some of the popular competitors.

I went through the drive thru this morning and ordered 2 deluxe breakfasts. As soon as I took the top off my grits, I could smell that they were scorched. Therefore, if I could smell that, you know the person that served them to me could smell it. This is not my 1st bad experience with this location, but this location was better than the one on North Highland. I just need to stop sending my money at this establishment all together.
