So me and my boyfriend decided to get some grub on the way home from work, I ordered 2 chicken biscuits and my boyfriend wanted a big breakfast sandwich. Apparently that was so complicated for them they straight up forgot I was out there waiting. A woman comes out and asked what we’re waiting on and we tell her the sandwich. Apparently they didn’t remember taking my order when I literally paid for it. Not to mention the lady kinda has a small attitude. Me and my boyfriend will go elsewhere next time.

Placed order online and still ended up waiting 15 minutes after our expected ready time to get our order. The drive through and inside dining were both empty. The chicken and potatoes were nice and hot but the biscuits and fries were cold. I had the strawberry lemonade shake and it was amazing. Pretty sure this location has the best biscuits in town.

Great spot for a full plate of inexpensive breakfast items. The grits are a bit more watery than I prefer but for the price it’s hard to beat. The lady working the register was nice and my meal was trayed up fast. Even with a lobby of dining patrons the trash was maintained and the place was clean enough you don’t have to look too far to find a place to sit and eat.

For a “fast”-food restaurant ,they don’t know what fast means. Party of 4, wife and I ordered and the other couple ordered at the same time. Similar order, we got our order in a few minutes, The couple waited 15 minutes for their order. Never have we had service like this at other “Jack’s” locations, even when they were busy.

If I pay for something I’d like to actually receive it. Went to window on 10/31/25 and my order was totally wrong. I restated my order and paid. I was pulled up. I still received the wrong order. In her defense she was running the front counter and the drive through. However, I still want what I paid for.

I often stop here for breakfast. The food is always fresh, the service at the window and when they bring my food to my car is always with a smile & the employees are so nice.

we waited for 35 MINUTES. the employees are lazy and they refused to do anything in the kitchen. One of the girls started to make our milkshakes and then just walked off and didn’t finish making them. And the manager was pissed at them. And once we FINALLY got our food, it wasn’t even good!! normally we LOVE jacks.
