This location is always a hit or miss. You might get good food. You might get good service,but not at the same time. The quality of food hasn’t been the best lately. Gravy runny,hard or burnt bacon. Pinky size tenders and over salted under cooked fries,have became the new norm. Check your bag before you pull off.

This was our first time at a Jack’s restaurant. The four members of our family had varying opinions about the food. My husband said it was ok, but nothing special. My daughter didn’t like the chicken tenders; too dry. So I ended up getting her a biscuit with jelly. She liked it. My son loved it . He liked the chicken tenders, and asked for more. I got a Jack’s burger. I thought it was good. I had no complaints. More impressive was the service. The lady that took our order was very friendly. I asked for no tomato on my burger, but when it came out it had tomato on it. Not a deal-breaker, I just picked it off myself. Just after I did, the lady brought out another one with no tomato because she realized a mistake was made. She fixed the problem before I had a chance to mention it.

The food was hot and good, the service was pretty quick but the floors and tables were needing to be swept and wiped off very badly. There was only one other family in there besides myself so they were not blown out busy at that time. This was between 11:30 and noon. It may have been around a shift change but some of the employees were just standing around talking to each other when they could have been tidying up for the next rush. Other than that, it was pretty good.

Was quite impressed with the quality of the food and the price. The booths are very comfortable and up high even for taller individuals to get off their feet. If your group is more than 4 they have big round tables to rest and eat at. Bathroom was spotless. Staff friendly and inviting.

The food was good but the service was some of the worst I’ve ever seen. I always order online but dine in. There is no dine in option when ordering online. The rude attitude hits the minute you walk in the door. It was so bad today that I didn’t feel safe eating at this location. I will never purchase anything from this location again. I am a regular customer averaging 2-3 times per week. I will be spending my money elsewhere on the future. Employees in the past were very sweet. Unfortunately it looks like you hired the 2 rudest women in Chattanooga to replace them.

Nakeeha was so polite and helpful. She went above and beyond to make our dining experience a wonderful one. Not only was she superb but her whole crew was friendly and helpful when I went back for some extra sauce and ice. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The cashier who took my order was very friendly, but, however, the young man who handed me my meal, was on a Bluetooth talking and basically handed me the bag, never said a word and closed the window and walked away continued talking. This has never happen to me. No one should be on bluetooth talking when dealing with a customer.
I did enjoy my sandwich and it was hot. No mayo just pickle. Does this sandwich come with anything other than that.

On 2/26/26 at 4P. waited 5+ minutes and no one even said we will be right with you. Walked out and went to Sonic. I was really looking forward the a Jacks burger, find out….. Sonic’s burger is better then i remember.

I like it here but am sadly disappointed when I order. My order is more wrong than right. Today I ordered the two cheeseburger meal and got one burger.
The service is pretty good, but sometimes you can’t get anyone’s attention and they don’t seem to care. Just more attentiveness and this place could improve. To the workers who smile and care and show great customer service, it makes a difference!
