Took 34 minutes to get food (2 person food order), from order until completion. Staff presented as very unorganized, and with a a strong lack of communication amongst each other. Dining room dirty/disarray, while behind counter looked like a disaster. Person before me with a catfish meal waited 44 minutes. Incredibly poor first impression of a Jacks. Would not go again.

Good food, decent value, staff was adequate. Friendly but a little slow. Waited 6 minutes. Nothing felt like it was “fresh” it was hot. Had the #1 burger it had good flavor, Dr. Pepper hit the spot. 3 out 5. Decent.

something about this jacks is way better than the one in calhoun. that one had dry dry chicken not very good or flavorful but this chicken was juicy and fresh and tasty and awesome and perfect for coleslaw. i liked that the coleslaw was cut into strips instead of cubes but it was a little too sweet and wet for me. the flavor of the chicken balanced it all out tho. awesome experience also my chicken, coleslaw, and pb shake were all only 4.99

This is my second time eating here, the first time was also horrible but I don’t care enough to leave a review. I came in at 3:22 didn’t get my food until 3:43 roughly a 21 minute wait while I watched countless others get their food even after coming in after me and I only got a combo and a cheeseburger I wasted my whole lunch break here I guarantee I will not be returning. The cashier was nice though and apologized while the manager didn’t even acknowledge me or my wait.

We had breakfast here this morning & were very impressed with how clean the inside of the restaurant was. The lady at the register that helped us was super friendly with us & everyone else that came in. The food was hot & delicious and a very good price for the amount we received. We will definitely be eating here again!

Sonic got my money this morning.
Never finished ordering at the drive through. Asked question and lasy was so rude.
There are plenty of other restaurants in this small area that have breakfast. ♀️
Not the first time I have had terrible service at this location.
They had no cars waiting to order. Only a few cars in parking lot.
Sonic was full and cars were waiting in drive through.
It was about 9:15.
Jacks usually has good food.
I hate to see it go.
But how will it stay in business like this?

Ordered chicken tenders dinner, we got the chicken rock dinner. We couldn’t eat the chicken; only the sides (mashed potatoes and green beans) were edible. Friendly staff and great service, but a waste of $50.

Thought I’d try jacks for the second time at a different location. Fried chicken was very fresh, but whatever it is you use to season it is horrible. It literally tastes like table salt, same taste I got the first time. Definitely won’t eat there again unless they decide to season their chicken so that it doesn’t taste like it was marinated in a salt block.

Joy was a pure joy!! We always stop at a Jacks when we can because we don’t have any where we live! The service was excellent, the food was delicious and the store was clean. That is huge in my book! This will be a usual stop on our way through!

Please forgive the 4 stars.. normally I’d be happy to give 5 for jacks.. and it has nothing to do with this location, but more so the fact that chicken nuggets are no longer an option.. I thought it was thr greatest thing and they were SOOO GOOD.. but someone’s brilliant ideas to get rid of them is very frustrating.. now I have to find a new place to get them.. please bring them back so I can come again, otherwise I habe no reason to come back.. side note..the was a very nice lady working drive thru, didnt catch a name but she has a sling and cash or something on her right arm.. she was great, and very friendly..
