Onto the food.
I ordered the a two piece fried chicken meal with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. It came with a biscuit.
The Chicken was very good! The skin was crispy and golden brown. Everything looked great and tasted better than I expected. The mashed potatoes were not lumpy. Smooth with the nice flavorful brown gravy. The coleslaw, you could tell was handmade as everything there is.
The biscuit didn’t need anything. I ate it by itself. I liked the biscuit so much and went and bought another one along with two scoops of the smoky mountain ice cream for dessert.
Originally spent 9.06 and spent 4.24 more or 13.30 including 9.25% Tax.
Jacks has some really good food. Now I am aware, so are you.

We made a quick stop at the drive thru and wanted to try Jacks out and I am so glad we did! Absolutely delicious! For me and my husband… it was $20 bucks. We definitely will be back!

Let me start with I love jacks, it’s one of my favorite fast food chains. This guy who has taken my order before seems to always miss an item or two when I come through the drive through. This is not the job for him.

Hamburger was dry, cold and no flavor. Right up there with the mystery meat at Crystals. Buns were far from fresh. Fries came out fresh and hot but tasted like biscuits. Place was clean but not busy at lunch time. Not going back. Sorry, Jack.

Ordered breakfast special with grits,gravy, eggs and biscuit plus bacon. The bacon is always under the eggs with grits and gravy all over the plate. Bacon is so limp you cant eat it. I called the manager and complain but he didnt seen like he cared. I tried it again and it was one big mess. No one seems to care. Its to bad, it could be a good place to eat. Proper management would help a lot.

I do hate to say this. But this was probably the worse breakfast experience ive had. Starting with the gentleman taking our order. Hashbrowns so hard it was impossible to eat. The eggs squirting water from the when you chew. I dont know what it is about jacks but its not good..

I ordered a breakfast burrito and the burrito what the size of a roll of coins, it has absolutely disappointing. The tortillas used was stale, the contents of the burrito were undercooked and has no flavor or seasoning. Their gravy was very grainy, lacked flavor and the biscuits used were undercooked basically almost raw. I thought the actual restaurant looked well taken care off but it seemed like during my time in the store that they looked absolutely lost

I live nearby this location and I’m in here frequently. Now don’t get me wrong, there are busy times where these people are shorthanded and running around like organized crazy people but they always take care of me and my spouse. Genuine vibes when they ask how you’ve been. Thanks y’all!
