There was a small line in the drive thru so i was low key expecting fresh hot fries and I got them! The burger was fresh as well. I guess I didn’t notice last time that they had nuggets so that was the reason for me getting the merry meal deal which is a great deal for 6.99. My nuggets however were no good! I didnt notice until I was a few miles down the road but they were cold so they had definitely been cooked long ago and lost their crunch I tried them anyways and had to choke it down. They will become a treat for my pup. I guess they dont empowered their people to get rid of cold old food and serve it til it sells? Someone should have noticed this. And it definitely shouldn’t have been me Not even sure i will ever try them again but they looked so good!

New review: my wife ordered food in the app tonight for me to pick up on the way home from work. I knew there was supposed to be a milkshake in it so after I got the order, without one, so I had to wait for that to be made. Then when I got home my wife said she upgraded hers, which was supposed to come with a drink, to a large drink (so we paid more), but I had no drink because I wasn’t given one. She can’t find a way in the app to complain so instead of my original good review, this is my review now. They weren’t busy. I just cannot understand why people can’t just do their jobs right????

The Best Tasting Hamburger and Fries that I’ve had in a long time. The Hamburger tasted like a good ole fashion hamburger and the fries were excellent. It was my first time going to Jack’s I went through the drive thru I had downloaded the app and received a free big Jack’s and it was Awesome couldn’t have asked for any better service than what I received. Both gentleman in the drive thru was wonderful and very polite and kind his name was Nathalie I wished I knew the others name my hat off to both. Next time I will go inside and check it out. Update I went to Jack’s today and went inside and I can honestly say I’ve enjoyed both going through drive thru as well as on the inside the friendliness was there from the people inside the restaurant. I tried the chicken fingers the chicken is some of the best that I’ve ever had.

This was going to be a one star review except that the food was really good. The cashier/front counter person was having a really bad day. So bad in fact, that she needed to tell me and my girlfriend how “done” she was with this job as she was serving our drinks. It seemed as if the entire staff viewed customers as inconveniences. The area behind the counter was dirty. Food was all over the counter below the heat lamps. It looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in quite a while. The dining room was clean and the food was good. The customer service experience was so bad that it will be a long time before I visit a Jack”s again.

I have eaten here about 8 times over the past 4 months. Every time but one either napkins or a spoon or both were left out of the bag. The food is mediocre at best. Today I ordered a fried chicken sandwich, paid 1.50 extra to add bacon, and got one half a slice that I trashed because it was mostly raw. I didnt even get the forced bippity boppity boo nonsense when I pulled up on this trip through the drive through. It was something unintelligible from a girl who clearly was not interested in serving me.
I live in the apartment behind this place and would gladly eat here much more often if it wasn’t so bad. I genuinely hope this place gets demolished and something worthwhile is built here.
Also, the app is garbage. The app wants a qr code to scan to get rewards, and the receipt advertises rewards, but the app does not recognize the bar code on the receipt and there is no qr code to scan on it. This whole company is garbage.

I ordered a breakfast biscuit combo and the tots container was only half full and the biscuit old, dry, and hard. This place has been consistently a bad experience over the last 8 months that I have occasionally tried it.

I’ve been to this location 3 times & every time my food if cold. The last time I asked for an apple pie got blueberry cream marked as apple . I call the location to explain the problem and the girl kept cutting me off. I told her they needed to check their pie because they are marked wrong, she says I’ll do that for you. No ma’am do it so the next customer don’t get the wrong thing!

The woman at the window appeared somewhat displeased with our arrival. We ordered three chicken tender pieces, and they were quite small, about the size of my pointer finger. The side dishes were satisfactory, and the wings were not bad either. Drinks not included with meal . However, the milkshakes are genuinely delicious.
