Always great service, great food and great atmosphere. I went in there yesterday to redeem a delicious free Big Jack with my rewards and the nice lady there even gave me a free drink to go with my free burger. That was mighty nice of her to do. It’s the little things sometimes that can make a huge difference.
I enjoy the chicken tenders with ranch and buffalo sauces and I like a Big Jack all the way. And I always get Dr Pepper to drink. Jack’s DP comes out the spout ice-cold, and it’s even more delicious over their ice and with the bigger milkshake straw.
I always look forward to coming to Jack’s in Slocomb. David and his team do an outstanding job with this restaurant. Thank You, and have a wonderful day.

Candice was the manager and she always makes sure the food is hot, fresh and the store is clean. Everyone was friendly and we were greeted as soon as we walked in. Angela rang us up and make sure our order was correct before submitting it.

I never saw such slowness in my life. Not enough staff, I guess. The girl up front was doing the take out and drive thru orders. We stood in line over 45 MINUTES before leaving and going somewhere else. My husband loves JACKS but we won’t be back any time soon. The line was backing up out the door. No way to run a business.

I almost never dine in, I get online pickup. Food is ALWAYS hot, fresh and fast! They have some of the best burgers in the biz! Fried chicken is delicious too! Try one of their breakfasts, you won’t regret it! Great employees…I can’t say enough good things about this location. I don’t understand some of the negative reviews!

We stop at jacks in slocomb every time we go to dothan so we stopped in for lunch today and as usual we were well fed and left smiling although they mixed my husband’s order up it was no problem when it was fixed with the right attitude and a smile my husband hates all that gloppy mayo and stuff that gets on his clothes and just ruins a burger well he had one dime sized drop of mayo from his burger ! He said that was the best he had ever had!so hats off to you jacks at slocomb al.

I ordered a 3 piece chicken snack with ranch dressing in the app and asked for ketchup. No one was in front or behind me in the drive thru. I was asked to pull forward while they got the ranch dressing.. How long does it take to pull a cup out of the fridge? I waited a few minutes and drove off with my order to find I had to eat my fries without ketchup.

Go to the drive in most of the time ! Service was fast and friendly food was hot ! The only complaint that I have is you have to ask for your receipt! That’s is aggravating!!
