When Jacks first open in Elba..it was great. Now that its ben open a while…it has went down hill(as expected).
I visited on Dec 7th about 6pm to 630pm. I ordered the 2 pc chicken Dinner. I made one piece of chicken a breast loaded Mac n Cheese ans fries. My chicken has been cooked so long that it is dry. The skin is so hard that it taste burnt and looks as if it was cooked and then later double dipped back into the grease to cook again as order to warm up. These prices this food needs to be FRESH…and able to eat. I wouldnt give this to my dog. N9 wonder service was quick.

Chicken and biscuits were good, hamburger was fair and fries were good Elijah made us feel like we were aggravating the heck out of him. Asked about sides and he just pointed above his head with an attitude. Every word out of his mouth just reaked of miserability. Men’s restroom stunk like urine and bleach, women’s was just as nasty with tissue all over floor and urine on the seats. As we left an employee went out sat in a rocking chair and smoked by the door and the no smoking sign. Resteraunt was not busy, one other table inside and only a few going through the drive thru. This was our first time going to a Jacks but won’t be back. As many as these that are popping up they might want to hire employees that care or they will be closing them just as fast.

Went to nearest Jack’s to try their rib sandwich. Sandwich was delicious…a bit sloppy but delicious. Blows the other rib sandwich out of the water. Staff was super friendly and seemed to genuinely get along with each other. They were a team. This set the tone and create the welcoming light-hearted atmosphere. Restaurant was clean and inviting. The women’s restroom was spotlessly clean. That’s a big deal! Five-star experience in all aspects of fast food dining.

Always a great experience. Mostly frequent the drive-thru line, And consider it more like an express lane. Almost immediately after payment, I’m handed my food. In my experience, my order has always been right, my food has always been hot and it has never taken longer than 10 minutes, From start to finish, even with a lengthy line to place order. Literally fast food.

Not off to a good start. Ordered two number 4 burgers, add lettuce, tomato, and onion (all at an additional cost) for take out. Get down the road and find that the additional items on the burgers weren’t added. I was already too far down the road to turn around to rectify this situation so here we are. On the bright side, the dining room is brand new and clean.

Jack’s is a go-to in Elba late at night. Even though it was packed, the crew worked hard, got orders out quickly, and the food was fresh and good. The wait was very reasonable for how long the line was. Great job by the staff!
