Service was a little slow and behind, but the food was amazing. The sauce cups are much larger than they were last time, and the fries are also better. The chicken is flavorful and juicy. One of the best fast food places

Everything was so good. It was clean and neat in there. My only critique is no mac and cheese, and also they were out of peach shakes that were advertised all over the restaurant. But great spot to try on the road. Really good food.

I’m not sure of her name but it’s a black lady and it the night manager. She is awesome. Had a whole bus order just before us and was kind and let us know what was going on. Way better experience at night with her working than the day Manager. We will not go during the day when she
( white manager ) is working. She is rude and belittle all of her employees. We have seen this a couple of times. Last time, we had her she kept on giving our food ( they ordered the same thing ) away to other people that had came in after we ordered and made us wait for 40 minutes. she wasn’t apologetic at all and didn’t seem to care and if it wasn’t for another employee, we would’ve been skipped again.

As you have seen from my review of the Jacks in Ashford, this particular location is miles above and should be the example to follow.
The staff here are way more pleasant, more articulate and actually speak coherent ,legible sentences.
I haven’t seen any of the employees standing around trashing customers or yelling, they almost always get the order right, they know how to make milkshakes, and it just overall a much better experience.
Ashford Jack’s could use a lesson in how to run an establishment that caters to the public from this location on Reeves street/431.
Congratulations to the staff and managers you definitely shine.
Food is always fresh, and service is always aces.

If it weren’t for my experience with Hannah I would give this place no stars and never visit this place again. I got my order and it was completely under cooked and it’s all bc of the “chef” Keimon stays drunk and can’t cook properly. Corporate needs to handle this. I spoke to him one time and smelled the alcohol on his breath.

The Jacks location on Reeves Street has by Far the worst customer service in the city of Dothan. No fault to the workers it was management displaying this behavior, the workers were kind and understanding. My issue was I received my order but hadn’t paid all I was waiting on was my drink. I gave the cashier my total the correct change however the manager/April Lee comes and slams the window shut and counts down the drawer. I kindly said Ma’am all I need is my drink and I will be on my way, she proceeds to tell the staff not to open the window and continues to count the register!!!! Let’s do better Jacks Family Restaurant totaly unacceptable!!!!!!

I was only on for a short period as I took my order to go. The food was fabulous and hot and cooked to the tea but the service was not so great. Nobody smiled as I entered, nobody greeted me with a welcome to Jack’s may I take your order therefore the overall service left me wanting. I just say that usually the service is to there with the food. I guess there are new people? Whatever the problem is it needs to be corrected because without a friendly service the food taste just like the service in my mind.

Theres a manager named Marie that has the nastiest attitude of anybody she doesn’t know how to talk employees. I have absolutely no idea how shes still employed here. She is the worst manager she was also threatening employees. In my opinion she should be fired.
