The Jacks i went to in Wedowee, the manager was really nice. The service was excellent and things were going smoothly in the drive through. I went inside to order. This was one of the few times I had in been in this particular location and all was very good.

Lady running the register was more concerned about eating her food right in front of the customers than taking my order. When I was young and worked in the fast food industry, that was never allowed. Wasn’t even allowed to drink on the job.

This place is crap. The people working drive through are mad that they have to work for a living. Extremely disrespectful. Can’t get an order right, the manager is just as bad and sad. It was an opportunity for my children to see how people shouldn’t act and how to deal with useless people politely. Do not eat here!!

Went for lunch Sunday, and immediately saw the bad attitude on ALL the employees faces, but especially the guy at the front register named Ty. He just needs to QUIT, because he obviously hates his job AND the customers! After repeatedly walking past me standing at the register and ignoring me, he finally took my order and the SASS came out! On top of that, the patties on my burger were burnt. It was nasty. Definitely won’t be back there.
