The Piedmont restaurant has great employees that are friendly and bust their tale daily to make sure service is great and the quality of the food is top notch . Summer , Jessica, Amanda and Kristin are the best at what they do . The young man in the back doing all the cooking I’m told has two jobs and is only 19 . They are so friendly and helpful . They get the food right and on time. Never had a reason to complain on this shift. The night shift is also good they have good service and if they leave something off your order as long as you show the receipt the are more than glad to straighten any confusion out.

I love jacks , food is great but the young girl that was the cashier was not friendly at all, waited on our food but was never called up , had to ask where our food was,she acted annoyed and finally fixed it for us, no sorry or thank you or anything. She is not who y’all should have as a front service person.

Food quality is poor I ordered a number 3 no lettuce or tomato the burger looked like it was slammed agents the wall before they placed it in the sack Fry’s was halfway full and cold .you think at the prices they charge they could do better

My experience at this particular Jack’s has always been good, in the morning time. The people taking my order and greeting me at the window are always so nice.
