I tried to talk to the lady in charge. Whe looked ate then walked off. I won’t be back. My food was cold, and the eggs were dry and crumbly as well. Disgusting. I do not recommend this place.
We ordered 3 biscuits and 2 teas. The biscuits were drenched in grease. So drenched that they were falling apart and the paper wrapping was ripping apart due to being oversaturated. I discarded the biscuit and ate the chicken, which wasn’t much better. The sweet tea was so sweet it practically syrup, and love my tea sweet, so this was shocking to me.
The lady taking the order was not happy about being awake and working so early. I know customer service can be tough, however, it is appreciated to not feel like an inconvenience when patronizing a business at any of their operating hours.
I hope this reaches the owners so that some changes can be made for the better.
I ordered three orders of ice cream, two single scoops, and one double scoop. My order of a double scoop of ice cream was fulfilled with only a single scoop due to a cup shortage in the double size copy. While I understand that operational challenges can arise, the resolution offered was unsatisfactory. Instead of a suitable alternative, such as providing the missing scoop in a separate container or offering a small complimentary item. The manager, Nia, took the container of ice cream back that I was originally given, and then made one single scoops in two separate cups. This solution felt inadequate and did not reflect the level of service I expect from Jack’s.
Furthermore, the manager’s demeanor was unhelpful and dismissive. This is particularly concerning, as my boyfriend has also reported negative interactions with Manager Nia on previous occasions, suggesting a pattern of poor customer service. I have attached photographic evidence illustrating the discrepancy between my order what I typically gets and what was received today
I believe it is crucial to address Manager Nia’s customer service approach to customer service as negative experiences with management can significantly detract from the overall customer experience.
