This place is absolutely amazing with some beautiful people working there. Brianna was awesome. Loved the energy and the atmosphere. I admit I thought it was Jack in the box but was pleasantly surprised with everything. Will definately come back if I am in town. Highly recommend.

I’m not a regular but when I’m in town we eat here fairly regularly. Two weeks ago the drive through wasn’t open so we had to go in but then we waited forever for a 3 piece chicken tenders and 2 strawberry pies. Then when they went to put the strawberry pies in our bag they said “these are old” and threw them in the trash. They said they could give me two apple pies and I was so done I said fine and we left. Fast forward to the next Saturday and we wanter to pick up a quick lunch on the way into town. Everything went good this time. The drive in was back open and service was pretty fast. Got home 10 minutes later and sat down to eat. They had left out my nieces grilled cheese which was the reason we stopped there. The 3 chicken fingers baskets had about 4 fries each. My son, who not a big kid, ate his and mine. I guess this one is on me because I should have checked the bag for the grilled cheese. However the fries is on them. That was probably our last visit to this Jack’s.

I ordered a breakfast special with no gravy with extra grits they said they were out of grits. I asked if they could give me extra eggs they said no. When my order came out I had eggs and and bacon they had put gravy on the plate even after I told them I didn’t want gravy. There was so much gravy that it was all over the eggs and bacon i could not eat it i just threw it away. I just left and went somewhere else to eat. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I found something new out today at Jack’s….you can buy their ice by the bag! This is a huge game-changer. I’ve had to wait at another restaurant for 30 or more minutes and sometimes never got anyone to answer the button to get this kind of ice. No more, I can get my ice so thank you. Now as to my breakfast, it was delicious. The staff were super friendly and the service was fast. I especially loved the atmosphere. It was refreshing to see 2 large tables of men and women of age visiting. Some would leave and others came in which made it a 2 revolving tables of conversations. We highly recommend you visit Jack’s if you would like to meet up with the breakfast crew. They are fun!

The cream potatoes and gravy served sideways in the to go bag. Cashier did very poorly taking our order. Couldn’t even print a receipt and the to go bags had old ketchup on them. Hubby should have just demanded his money back.

We were driving in from PCB, saw Jack’s we were so excited because we do not have one there. Went to drive thru Friday October 17th approximately 2:50 p.m. the drive thru cash was so rude, she spoke to us as if she had a problem taking our order, we could hardly hear her, she cut us off and said “what, just drive around ” we was scared to get our order. Coming from someone who has been in customer service for over 30 years, this girl really need more training. We probably will never stop at that Jack’s again.
