I placed an order using the Jacks app, get to the restaurant to find out they are out of the country rib sandwich. The guy was like we don’t have the rib sandwich so my husband said just give me a double cheeseburger with extra pickles. Fine we get home with all the order , old fries taste like they were cooked yesterday no ranch for the chicken fingers ,no napkins or utensils. Everytime there’s been issues at this location so this is the last time we go there. Maybe there needs to be a visit from corporate to make some much needed changes or just retraining.

I came here intending to order the deluxe breakfast, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The lady at the counter was rude and made unnecessary comments, telling people not to stare while she was counting change to balance her register. I waited patiently for about five minutes, only for her to walk off to do something else instead of taking my order.
If she was that busy, there was a second register right next to her—someone else could have stepped in to help. I was on my work break and the first person in line, so waiting nearly 15 minutes just to place an order is completely unacceptable.
I ended up leaving and going to Frothy Dog down the road, and I’m glad I did. The service there was much friendlier and the food was far better. I won’t be returning here after this experience.

Gave this place another chance, not going to make that mistake again, ordered the chicken fingers which at other locations are usually amazing, but it seems like they just have me what they had sitting there for a while, the chicken was tough and dry and super oily. I swear it could’ve been breaded jerky. This location is the worst I’ve ever been to.

Nothing but bad service in drive thru and hash rounds so hard can’t eat an mixed with French fries I will not ever spend over 15 bucks for food can’t be eaten get a clue clean your fryer cook fresh biscuits in the evening. Albertville Jack’s so much better. J.carrol district manager try made it right with more food honesty I wish I got my money back are got more food from another Jack’s.

The workers are to high to most fast. I stood an watched a girl take 10mins to make two wraps an one biscuit foh ridiculous plus they don’t wash hands between food an money an they don’t wear hair nets an they have hair all over them. This place has went to Hell! Fix it or lose customers

Biscuits are paper thin. Really thin, so thin the employees can’t slice them to put meat in the middle. These are for sure not made like the pictures on the menu. I would not recommend a biscuit.

Whoa folks! I hope you’re ready to rumble with Jacks new double-dehydrated chicken jerky! Not only is it extra tough, but it only takes 20 minutes to make! Can’t believe the amazing value on these things, considering I just ordered some simple chicken nuggets and fries. Love the intense flavor too, gives a premium 3 day aged fryer oil essence. Definitely recommend the meal with super seasoned crunchy fries only $7!
